It dried very quickly, though it didn't seem to change colors (lighten) while drying like most mud masks, so I had to touch my face to make sure it was dry in all places. The smell of it, while not overwhelming at all, was noticeable the whole time, even after it dried so there was a relaxing aromatherapy thing going which I liked... I assume it's from one of the moisturizing additions to the mask (Shea butter, aloe vera, jojoba oil?... Now, it is still a mud mask, it is not a moisturizer, so skipping your face cream after removing this is still a bad idea, but it felt like I could use a much lighter moisturizer than I would normally want to use after a mud mask... I actually was surprised that some of his spots seemed to have cleared up greatly, maybe the result of the red being gone they seemed to shrink."
