"I was a little worried that it might be too tight since I'm at the max measurement for the sleeve... Since this is the first item of this type I've ever purchased I didn't really know what to expect, but at first look, I didn't think it would give me as much relief as it did. I'm really glad I didn't go with my first instinct and purchase something a lot more bulkier and bigger..... I can actually walk now without a limp and the stabbing pain I had on the outside left of my knee just magically went away... The upper and lower silicone bands that keep the sleeve in place on my legs are nice and thick which makes it very comfortable to wear. They're not so thick as to make it bulky or anyting, but definitely keep the sleeve in place no matter if I'm sitting, standing, walking, or working out in the yard... It doesn't snag or catch on any of the pants I've worn with it, and you can't even tell that it's there unless you know it is."

Yours is the very first knee brace I've owned that doesn't move down my leg and come off my knee... Through the years, I've had several knee surgeries and arthritis build-up and now have bone on bone on both knees. I've been told that I'll need knee replacements but the longer I can wait, the better because I'm too young to get them now. A few months ago I was in so much knee pain and knew I had to start doing some exercise but they hurt so badly I didn't want to... My husband has knee problems as well and has had braces but they don't stay put so today I ordered two for him too!"

That didn't seem right so I ordered an XL and after reading the literature they sent mine might still be a little big. That aside the material used just isn't as supportive as neoprene ones I'm use to, so I still have some clicking and catching in the knee. The bright side to this though is that this sleeve is much more comfortable to wear all day."

When I ordered the compression sleeve my thigh was very swollen on one side so I was concerned about the size to order. The first day I wore the sleeve the swelling went down and took away the pain... It is very comfortable, does not get hot or cut off my circulation."

The most important part is to measure your thigh so you get the proper fit. Once you do that you all you need to do is wait 2 days for relief. The brace does seem to fit well, about the same tightness above and below the knee as the other similar brace I have. So I do think it is the correct size, but it exerts almost too much compression on the meniscus areas of the knee. I could not use it on my injured knee (torn ACL and both meniscuses) as the medial meniscus area would get quite irritated after a while (moreso than without the brace)... I like it for that use, though the same area on my "good" knee does also become irritated if I wear it for too prolonged of a time... I'm not highly mobile with it right now, but it has never slipped down on my leg."
