"* I bought a Carhart hat just like this one in a Kroger store three weeks ago. Soft cloth, plenty of room for the head; I can wear it all day no problem... I m not sure what the deal is, but the black one is made from a much coarser linen. I don t have super sensitive skin, and it made my head noticeably irritated where it had direct skin contact by just wearing it. If I worked up some heat by moving around it felt even more uncomfortable. So here s a heads up that this product sold here may have the Carhart name on it, but it s definitely not the same quality as what you find in the sporting goods section of your local store... So just buy it in the store and get the quality you re expecting from the name."
