Very Quick

"With these dividers, I am able to use a couple of dividers for each subject, and place recent assignments in one divider and important and often-used papers in the other -- all without punching holes in the papers!"

"Each divider can of course hold one subject, but they're also great to sub-divide even within just one pocket."

"These are a great deal better, so they'll work for organizing your binder if you're in college or university, or if you're starting a home business and need to keep things organized."

"The colors are very vibrant and the tabs stick out farther than other papers in my notebook so it is easy to find the section I need."

"I used to buy recipe books like some women buy shoes, but now, with the internet, I have some great websites that I use, print the recipes off, and make up "Binder Books" - and the dividers are great for keeping things organized and the pockets are useful for stuffing in recipes quickly."

"Avery was also nice enough to include a perforated template sheet of paper where you can put in each divider name into a Microsoft Word template, print it out and have cleanly-typed names rather than having to struggle to write a tiny label."

"The big tab inserts allows you to use larger fonts which creates the ability to see the correct section from short distances without having to move the binder."

"With these dividers, I am able to use a couple of dividers for each subject, and place recent assignments in one divider and important and often-used papers in the other -- all without punching holes in the papers!... While the "big tabs" are good if you write a lot on the labels, they stick out even when the binder is closed, at least with binders with rings attached to the back instead of the spine... Of course this may not be a problem to others as they will have other uses for the pockets that won't require a large capacity."

"These work better than paper dividers because they never tear at the holes or elsewhere... Each divider can of course hold one subject, but they're also great to sub-divide even within just one pocket... 3) For an Office in a Bag (as taught to me by FlyLady Maria Cilley): Everyone's categories vary, but mine are Bill-Paying (bills-to-be-paid in front pocket, already-paid bill receipts in back pocket of the divider), Blank [lined] Paper (good for writing out to-do lists, grocery lists, etc."

"The fancy dividers don't stick out past your page protectors, which makes them useless... Each divider has two pockets, one on each side, so you can stick in extra papers... These are a great deal better, so they'll work for organizing your binder if you're in college or university, or if you're starting a home business and need to keep things organized."

"The pockets are very convenient for papers handed out in class that do not have holes already punched in or are partial pieces of paper... The colors are very vibrant and the tabs stick out farther than other papers in my notebook so it is easy to find the section I need... My notebook is in and out of my backpack a few times a day, less this semester than the last one, and I'm sure this is what has caused the slight damage."

"I used to buy recipe books like some women buy shoes, but now, with the internet, I have some great websites that I use, print the recipes off, and make up "Binder Books" - and the dividers are great for keeping things organized and the pockets are useful for stuffing in recipes quickly... I also use them for all my other "organizational" binders - medical, school, work, home, etc. Amazon often offers them at a great price - but sometimes you can pick them up a bit cheaper at the big box stores (and check your grocery store too, sometimes they have them on sale!"

"These are made of nice thick plastic which holds up very well, and the pockets are roomy enough to fit in printed maps and other items into the dividers. Avery was also nice enough to include a perforated template sheet of paper where you can put in each divider name into a Microsoft Word template, print it out and have cleanly-typed names rather than having to struggle to write a tiny label. Very good product and stands up to abuse, definitely buy this if you're looking for a good tab divider for a notebook or any other kind of project."

"The big tab inserts allows you to use larger fonts which creates the ability to see the correct section from short distances without having to move the binder... Purchased these with the Avery 3 inch slanted ring binders and they have been a life saver... If you are anything like me, they are perfect for people who really put their organizations products to use and scrutiny."

Less Quick

"Now normally I would stick all my papers into the side pockets of the binder or just place them in the binder without using the rings -- I'm just too lazy to punch holes in the papers and put them in the rings... With these dividers, I am able to use a couple of dividers for each subject, and place recent assignments in one divider and important and often-used papers in the other -- all without punching holes in the papers! These dividers are MUCH more durable than paper dividers and are of great quality... While the "big tabs" are good if you write a lot on the labels, they stick out even when the binder is closed, at least with binders with rings attached to the back instead of the spine... Of course this may not be a problem to others as they will have other uses for the pockets that won't require a large capacity... Since my first purchase, I had bought a few more sets for use in other binders and so I can use multiple sets in one binder for more storage. This product is a must-have for binders if you need to keep unpunched papers in check and stay organized."

"I've found these to be a huge step up from the paper dividers I always had to use years ago in grade school. These work better than paper dividers because they never tear at the holes or elsewhere. Therefore, I think it's worth spending a little more money on them, though they're reasonably-priced. I wish that the labels were a little easier to read through the plastic- the plastic is nice but is a bit dark over a white label like that... Each divider can of course hold one subject, but they're also great to sub-divide even within just one pocket. In college, I can sometimes need four or five dividers just to break up the various types of different course materials: blank graph paper, blank lined paper, completed notes and workbook pages are four examples...

But the tabs do extend past the edges of your papers, which means you can easily flip through and find the section you need... Each divider has two pockets, one on each side, so you can stick in extra papers... If you go to their website, you can use a template that will allow you to print the labels on your home printer, which is nice... However, they're a step up from the cheap manila dividers with rainbow tabs that we used in school... These are a great deal better, so they'll work for organizing your binder if you're in college or university, or if you're starting a home business and need to keep things organized... If you have a binder filled with papers, you can use these dividers to organize them."

"At first, I really did love these dividers. The pockets are very convenient for papers handed out in class that do not have holes already punched in or are partial pieces of paper. I sometimes carry a single hole punch with me, but at home I have a 3-hole puncher, so I prefer to do a stack of papers when I get home (e... The colors are very vibrant and the tabs stick out farther than other papers in my notebook so it is easy to find the section I need. Unfortunately, after only one semester, I've noticed one of the dividers has a rip along the slant of the pocket... My notebook is in and out of my backpack a few times a day, less this semester than the last one, and I'm sure this is what has caused the slight damage. But that is typical use for many notebooks and so should have been considered when creating the product."

"Getting organized is one tip. I use binders for EVERYTHING and sheet protectors and Avery Big Tab Two Pockets are THE BEST. I used to buy recipe books like some women buy shoes, but now, with the internet, I have some great websites that I use, print the recipes off, and make up "Binder Books" - and the dividers are great for keeping things organized and the pockets are useful for stuffing in recipes quickly. Then I'll make the recipe and if it's a keeper, it goes from pocket to "sheet protector" to permanent residence in the binder. I also use them for all my other "organizational" binders - medical, school, work, home, etc. Amazon often offers them at a great price - but sometimes you can pick them up a bit cheaper at the big box stores (and check your grocery store too, sometimes they have them on sale!... I can never have too many of these dividers."

"The big tab inserts allows you to use larger fonts which creates the ability to see the correct section from short distances without having to move the binder. Also great for personalization if you are not a fan of the pre-printed labels... Purchased these with the Avery 3 inch slanted ring binders and they have been a life saver. These dividers have withstood a lot of movement and have not ripped once. If you are anything like me, they are perfect for people who really put their organizations products to use and scrutiny. Since my classes are 8 weeks long, the 8 tab set was the perfect choice, once for each week. Cons: Only issue is the tabs are hard to load."
