"It's thin enough that even my 3 year old can squeeze it out of the bottle herself, but doesn't run or slide unless they really puddle it on... I was able to rinse the bottles and refill them with washable glue without too much trouble (after transferring the Glue-All to another container)... They work just fine and are the perfect size for little hands, but I do wish we had received the right thing in the first place."

"It's not colorful, it doesn't come with a fancy brush to apply it, and you can't put it all over your hands and peel it off... I ordered this to make one of those Pinterest shirts where you write in glue and then you dye the shirt. It turned out nicely thanks to copious amounts of this stuff, and using Elmer's reminded me of many times in childhood where I would make fun of other kids for eating it."

"This was not a task that required extreme glue power but instead required having a non-toxic glue that my kids can play with for a few hours... Another label is the ACMI (AP) label (ACMI is an institute that has been checking children's art and craft materials for toxicity purposes for over 70 years) and this label also confirms the non-toxic claim... ) In conclusion, this is an extremely cheap glue, really non-toxic and washable and offers adequate strength for kid's craft works and on top of all It can be operated by a two years old (of course with supervision)."

"This is great for kids school projects or any arts and crafts projects. This is the original white glue that dries clear... If you get really bored you can always put it all over your hands, let it dry and peel it off haha."

"I like that it's white, and that was actually mandatory by my son's school, but it makes it much easier to see when working with art projects. You can put it right where you need it and are a lot less likely to make excessive messes than with clear glues. I would definitely recommend this glue for kids arts and crafts type projects."

"With Elmer's, you close the bottle, pick off the little dried bit of glue, and it's good to go... I just bought 30 bottles for the rest of the year, and threw out all the other bottles of glue in my classroom. I usually send my unused glue home with the children each summer, but this year I will keep these bottles and order the gallon glue refill next fall."

"Like this glue because it goes on clear and dries clear. Regular white glue is good for paper crafting, but I like clear so I can see where to glue things... Cost a little more than Elmers white glue but other than that, it works for my paper crafts."

Less Quick

"It's thin enough that even my 3 year old can squeeze it out of the bottle herself, but doesn't run or slide unless they really puddle it on. I like that it starts white but dries clear, so I don't have to play twenty rounds of "Is it dry yet?... I can let the girls glue to their little hearts' content without having to worry that their clothes (or the tablecloth or the floor or the cat) will be ruined... 25oz bottles we ordered were of Elmer's Glue-All, rather than the washable type promised by the item description: Elmer's Washable No-Run School Glue, 1... Since I was mostly ordering the product to have small glue bottles for my daughters and their friends to use, it was only a minor inconvenience for us. I was able to rinse the bottles and refill them with washable glue without too much trouble (after transferring the Glue-All to another container)... They work just fine and are the perfect size for little hands, but I do wish we had received the right thing in the first place."

"I've used it since I was a child. The only thing is, it's kind of boring. It's not colorful, it doesn't come with a fancy brush to apply it, and you can't put it all over your hands and peel it off... It just makes sure things stick and stay. So it does it's job... I ordered this to make one of those Pinterest shirts where you write in glue and then you dye the shirt. It turned out nicely thanks to copious amounts of this stuff, and using Elmer's reminded me of many times in childhood where I would make fun of other kids for eating it."

"I have had this product for over a year and it has been used for various purposes... This was not a task that required extreme glue power but instead required having a non-toxic glue that my kids can play with for a few hours. For those of you who are not familiar with the subject, conventional glues can be extremely hazardous to kids when they are inhaled for long period of times... Another label is the ACMI (AP) label (ACMI is an institute that has been checking children's art and craft materials for toxicity purposes for over 70 years) and this label also confirms the non-toxic claim. Therefore, despite the lack of clearly labeled ingredients, these two logos, kind of, give me a peace of mind while letting my kids to play with this glue... It does not have a distinctive smell and the gluing power is average (but good enough for craft work purposes. ) In conclusion, this is an extremely cheap glue, really non-toxic and washable and offers adequate strength for kid's craft works and on top of all It can be operated by a two years old (of course with supervision)."

"I purchased this glue to add to the school supplies I have been gathering in preparation for my daughter to enter 3rd grade. This is great for kids school projects or any arts and crafts projects. This is the original white glue that dries clear. I always like to keep a bottle of this around the house. You never know when it will come in handy and it certainly has come in handy at unexpected times. If you get really bored you can always put it all over your hands, let it dry and peel it off haha. I purchased this item from amazon because its so much easier and cheaper than going to the store!"

"I remember using Elmer's School Glue back when I was in elementary school, more than 20 years ago, and it is still the preferred glue of choice by most schools. For school projects, it is strong enough for about anything you'd need it for. School projects typically don't require stronger glues, but either way, Elmer's is pretty solid once it dries. It can be a little messy, especially when used by a child, but so too can all glues. I like that it's white, and that was actually mandatory by my son's school, but it makes it much easier to see when working with art projects. You can put it right where you need it and are a lot less likely to make excessive messes than with clear glues. I would definitely recommend this glue for kids arts and crafts type projects."

"For two years I have fallen for incredible deals on other brands of glue... No other brand makes a bottle that compares to the bottle produced by Elmer's. I can pull out my box o' glue on Monday after hastily putting away the 15 or so bottles on a Friday and find a few open bottles. With Elmer's, you close the bottle, pick off the little dried bit of glue, and it's good to go... Many times, the entire top popped off, sending glue gushing forth to form a big puddle of goo all over some unfortunate child's project...

Regular white glue is good for paper crafting, but I like clear so I can see where to glue things. Also, paper doesn't seem to wrinkle as much as with white glue. Doesn't stick well to photo images, so if you are gluing photos or slick prints, there might be better adhesive products for that... It does like to bubble when drying so you have to watch that. The product is made in China and is listed as nontoxic. Cost a little more than Elmers white glue but other than that, it works for my paper crafts."
