"As yet another (somewhat gross) bonus it allows me to indulge in the guilty pleasure of popping and removing the zits on my face that would normally have to be done with my fingers (if it were required, like in cases of being painful or uncomfortable) and would only serve to further aggravate my skin / pores."

"BUT just the several minutes it was jaw dropping to the fact that you say the blackheads coming out at ease - no struggle - and more then when you try to pop them out."

"---Remove blackheads by centering the loop of the comedone extractor over the pimple you want to remove, and rock the tool gently from side to side, applying slight pressure."

"Quick, unofficial instructions: Sterilize everything before and after each use, the tools and your skins."

"This kit contains 5 different double sided extractors all targeted on specifically removing different sized and hard-to-reach impurities such as blemishes, blackheads, whiteheads, and pimples."

"I used if right after a hot shower let the zit come to a head and used the tool it didn't require much pressure and done."

"I gave the Equinox Blackhead and Blemish Remover Kit 4 stars only because it didn't come with instructions and I had to research how to use them."

"7) As yet another (somewhat gross) bonus it allows me to indulge in the guilty pleasure of popping and removing the zits on my face that would normally have to be done with my fingers (if it were required, like in cases of being painful or uncomfortable) and would only serve to further aggravate my skin / pores... ** 3) I am not sure if much can really be done (realistically) on the seller's part, but the longest tool in the set has a poky end that sometimes likes to try and stick through the casing and could potentially cause issues by stabbing through something else in a travel bag or something... This kit has allowed me to properly manage the blemishes on my face without having to deal with the usual issues that came with pinching, including redness, bleeding and scabbing, swelling or irritation of skin after pinching, and has ultimately been a very satisfying purchase that I wish I had made earlier in life."

"They'd get to a certain size/color and I would fiddle with them, just making it worse since the endless amount of germs/gunk on ones hand (since you can't see it) just inflames and makes more appear... It seemed like there was more steps then other products I've used before actually being to start using the instruments... BUT just the several minutes it was jaw dropping to the fact that you say the blackheads coming out at ease - no struggle - and more then when you try to pop them out."

"---Softening your acne and pimples make them easier to remove when the pores are opened before using the comedone extractor. Pores can be opened by placing a hot, wet towel over your face for 2 to 3 minutes or after getting in the shower... ---Remove blackheads by centering the loop of the comedone extractor over the pimple you want to remove, and rock the tool gently from side to side, applying slight pressure."

"Quick, unofficial instructions: Sterilize everything before and after each use, the tools and your skins... Then, while still applying pressure, slowly drag the loop over the blackhead... These tool were made so you don't damage yourself, but just in case, I take no responsibility if you somehow damage yourself."

"This kit contains 5 different double sided extractors all targeted on specifically removing different sized and hard-to-reach impurities such as blemishes, blackheads, whiteheads, and pimples. The extractors are easy to use and the textured handles provide an anti-slip grip, comfort and precision when extracting whiteheads, blackheads or blemishes... First wash your face and hands, then place the tool over the area you want to clean and gently press the tool on your skin and slide it across the area."

"I clean the tools with alcohol pads before and after each use just to make sure it's sterile. I used if right after a hot shower let the zit come to a head and used the tool it didn't require much pressure and done... When I'm done with it all I rinse my face with cold water to seal my pores back up and finish my skin care routine."

"I gave the Equinox Blackhead and Blemish Remover Kit 4 stars only because it didn't come with instructions and I had to research how to use them. It turns out that they were easy to use, but you want to be careful not to press down or push against your skin too hard so you don't break your skin... I have a daily beauty regime so I don't have many pimples, but when I do get them, it's usually on the top of my nose where most of the oil sits and occasionally one may pop up on my cheek when I drink too many sodas."

"TL;DR Version: This is a purchase I am happy I made, I would recommend it to my friends but I wish they gave some instruction on what each tool is for and how to clean them with the kit... The tool in the middle (in the current thumbnail / image) has an end that is shaped like a small soup spoon with a hole in the middle that, in combination with tweezers (usually, but not always needed), made getting ingrown hairs removed super simple with any mirror available to you... 4) The kit does everything that it advertises and keeps your skin from swelling or having discoloration due to pinching, but also allows me to not have to "wait out" a pimple before going out in public... 7) As yet another (somewhat gross) bonus it allows me to indulge in the guilty pleasure of popping and removing the zits on my face that would normally have to be done with my fingers (if it were required, like in cases of being painful or uncomfortable) and would only serve to further aggravate my skin / pores... ** 3) I am not sure if much can really be done (realistically) on the seller's part, but the longest tool in the set has a poky end that sometimes likes to try and stick through the casing and could potentially cause issues by stabbing through something else in a travel bag or something... For the nose, a bit more force is usually needed than elsewhere on the face if you want to really get everything out, which may still cause some redness / swelling or pain shortly after... This kit has allowed me to properly manage the blemishes on my face without having to deal with the usual issues that came with pinching, including redness, bleeding and scabbing, swelling or irritation of skin after pinching, and has ultimately been a very satisfying purchase that I wish I had made earlier in life."

"I guess they don't get the point that neither of us like nor want them around since they keep trying to hang out with us. It has come to the point that I've tried all these little tricks and products that I was getting discouraged and to the point that there would be no help in getting rid of them... They'd get to a certain size/color and I would fiddle with them, just making it worse since the endless amount of germs/gunk on ones hand (since you can't see it) just inflames and makes more appear... It seemed like there was more steps then other products I've used before actually being to start using the instruments... My husband swore up and down that my face didn't look bad to begin with and that there was no difference in the several minutes I had been trying this... BUT just the several minutes it was jaw dropping to the fact that you say the blackheads coming out at ease - no struggle - and more then when you try to pop them out... At this point, we've used every night for about 2-3 minutes, after the initial step of steaming the face and sterilizing the instruments."

"I hate trying to hand pop zits or blackheads, besides spreading they leave ugly red spots on my skin for days sometimes weeks... ---First make sure you sterilize everything, easiest way to do it is to boil them in a pot of water that has reached full boil for three to five minutes... ---Blackheads should be removed with comedone extractors, whereas whiteheads will need to be pierced with a sharp lancet before removing with an extractor. ---Softening your acne and pimples make them easier to remove when the pores are opened before using the comedone extractor. Pores can be opened by placing a hot, wet towel over your face for 2 to 3 minutes or after getting in the shower. ---To avoid bacteria on your hands from coming into contact with your face, disinfect your hands by washing them or wear disposable gloves before using the comedone extractor... ---Remove blackheads by centering the loop of the comedone extractor over the pimple you want to remove, and rock the tool gently from side to side, applying slight pressure."

"There are a few Youtube videos out there, but if you're squeamish, you may be grossed out. Quick, unofficial instructions: Sterilize everything before and after each use, the tools and your skins... Then, while still applying pressure, slowly drag the loop over the blackhead. You may need to repeat this a couple times and apply more pressure... Make sure you get all the liquids out of there until you start bleeding... I am glad that I received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. These tool were made so you don't damage yourself, but just in case, I take no responsibility if you somehow damage yourself."

"This Blackhead and Blemish Remover Kit is made of surgical stainless steel; which means it is built to last. This kit contains 5 different double sided extractors all targeted on specifically removing different sized and hard-to-reach impurities such as blemishes, blackheads, whiteheads, and pimples. The extractors are easy to use and the textured handles provide an anti-slip grip, comfort and precision when extracting whiteheads, blackheads or blemishes... I used these extractors to get rid of all those whiteheads and blackheads. First wash your face and hands, then place the tool over the area you want to clean and gently press the tool on your skin and slide it across the area... Also take some astringent on a cotton ball/pad and wipe the freshly cleaned area; which makes the pores shrink and not get infected... The kit comes in leather zipper case to easily carry along while traveling."

"Since 8th grade I've battled acne, it's never been so bad that I need medication but I've never properly cared for my skin... The Equinox blackhead and blemish remover has allowed me to speed up the healing process... I clean the tools with alcohol pads before and after each use just to make sure it's sterile. I used if right after a hot shower let the zit come to a head and used the tool it didn't require much pressure and done. I've always used nose strips and I find them annoying having to repurchase them every month... When I'm done with it all I rinse my face with cold water to seal my pores back up and finish my skin care routine. I read an article somewhere that said you should was your face in cold wash to keep your skin looking younger."

"I gave the Equinox Blackhead and Blemish Remover Kit 4 stars only because it didn't come with instructions and I had to research how to use them. It turns out that they were easy to use, but you want to be careful not to press down or push against your skin too hard so you don't break your skin... I have a daily beauty regime so I don't have many pimples, but when I do get them, it's usually on the top of my nose where most of the oil sits and occasionally one may pop up on my cheek when I drink too many sodas... The 5-pc tool set is very sturdy and came in a black leather case making the tools easy for me to keep up with and I can take it with me when traveling... I then used a hot towel on my face to open up my pores especially on my forehead where the pimple was located... I placed the loop of the extractor over my pimple and moved the extractor gently from side to side applying very little pressure... Overall the tools were easy to use and very helpful because a lot of us tend to use our fingernails to squeeze out a pimple and that's where a lot of bacteria hinds."
