"* If the description would have shown the actual product card, which clearly says "Hair Catcher for open drains" I would not have bought it since it doesn't work for a pop-up drain.""* Works great, but wish it would sink in the water a bit better."
"I save so much time not trying to collect my hair every day so it doesn't go down the drain."
"I've had this hair catcher for about 7 months now and if something were to happen to it, I would without a doubt purchase again."
"* Doesn't lay completley flat, but does seem to catch hair."
"As long as you keep it clean (no soap scum covering the holes of it) the water drains through it just fine, and while it doesn't suction to the tub, it stays in place just fine."

"I save so much time not trying to collect my hair every day so it doesn't go down the drain... I clean it out once a week (on trash day). I highly recommend it and wish I had found it sooner!""* I have tried several different models of hair catchers for my tub drain and have been disappointed with every single one of them... The handle did come off, but I actually like it better without it and just threw that part away. I've had this hair catcher for about 7 months now and if something were to happen to it, I would without a doubt purchase again."
"I can't even believe how much hair this thing catches, especially considering that I brush my hair before showering to prevent too much hair shed in there... As long as you keep it clean (no soap scum covering the holes of it) the water drains through it just fine, and while it doesn't suction to the tub, it stays in place just fine. The ring has little spikes that catch hair and the basket holds hair as well - not much hair can get through it."

"* I have tried several different models of hair catchers for my tub drain and have been disappointed with every single one of them. My last one was a "stainless" mesh model that I picked up at a hardware store, but it was a nightmare and started rusting almost immediately. I pretty much thought there was never going to be one that actually worked and was easy to clean out... I have long hair and it all seems to accumulate in the basket and it is SO EASY to just grab the wad of hair and throw it out. Amazingly enough even if there's a lot of hair in the basket, it doesn't stop water from draining..... The handle did come off, but I actually like it better without it and just threw that part away. I've had this hair catcher for about 7 months now and if something were to happen to it, I would without a doubt purchase again.""I finally decided to invest in a real drain cover. This one seemed to be my best option. I can't even believe how much hair this thing catches, especially considering that I brush my hair before showering to prevent too much hair shed in there... This fit in my bathtub drain, over the metal cross/'x' shaped cover inside. As long as you keep it clean (no soap scum covering the holes of it) the water drains through it just fine, and while it doesn't suction to the tub, it stays in place just fine. The ring has little spikes that catch hair and the basket holds hair as well - not much hair can get through it. To clean, I use an old dental pick to lift the hair - it's easiest while there's a little bit of water in the tub suspending the hair in - and put it straight in the trash."
