Very Quick
"* Great value, nothing fancy, does the job.""Held up nicely in the rain to run some Christmas lights."
"* This is a great product, but if you look around you can find a longer extension cord cheaper elsewhere."
"I'm told by a very knowledgeable source (though, he's not an electrician) that in a 100ft run, voltage will drop with a 16ga cord, and as voltage drops, amperage increases, which is causing my bulb to blow."
"* What s to say about an extension cord?"
"They are made out of a cheap, stiff molded plastic that starts to separate from the cable after a year or two of use."

Quick
"* Great quality, thick outdoor cord. Held up nicely in the rain to run some Christmas lights. Easy to handle.""* This is a great product, but if you look around you can find a longer extension cord cheaper elsewhere. I found a new, longer cord 3 days after purchasing this for a little cheaper. Performs excellently and is extremely durable."
"I plugged this in at my house, ran the cable across the yard and into a small shed type building... I'm told by a very knowledgeable source (though, he's not an electrician) that in a 100ft run, voltage will drop with a 16ga cord, and as voltage drops, amperage increases, which is causing my bulb to blow... However, I can't really give it a bad review, because the cord is made well, and seems to meet all specs otherwise."
"They are made out of a cheap, stiff molded plastic that starts to separate from the cable after a year or two of use. I used this cable, primarily with my electric lawn mower, about 50 times. Then after two years of use the ground prong completely came off the plug."
Less Quick
"* Seems good for the price, but I learned a little after I ordered it. I plugged this in at my house, ran the cable across the yard and into a small shed type building. I have a single light fixture that clamps to the ceiling in that building, which has a 2-prong plug on it... I'm told by a very knowledgeable source (though, he's not an electrician) that in a 100ft run, voltage will drop with a 16ga cord, and as voltage drops, amperage increases, which is causing my bulb to blow. If I can't run a single 72w bulb with this, I'm not sure what WOULD be a good use of it. However, I can't really give it a bad review, because the cord is made well, and seems to meet all specs otherwise. If its not the best choice for my application, thats my fault, not the cords.""* This cable isn t designed for the long haul. I ve owned other extension cables that have lasted for a decade or longer. The problem is with the plugs. They are made out of a cheap, stiff molded plastic that starts to separate from the cable after a year or two of use. I used this cable, primarily with my electric lawn mower, about 50 times. Then after two years of use the ground prong completely came off the plug. Not recommended."
