"It literally sharpens so fast that you barely have time to put the pencil in it, and it's sharp. The kids always have a look of disbelief on their faces the first time they use it because it is unbelievably fast... Another nice feature is that it is able to sharpen different size pencils. I purchased it six months ago and it still works just as good as the day I took it out of the box... It stopped working well after only a few months. It just wouldn't sharpen anymore and it always seemed to sharpen only one side of the pencil and not the other.
