I haven't needed to use them yet, because I made custom printouts with cut lines so I could have dot grid paper in B5 size for my binders... I'll definitely have some use for them in future, though, and it's nice to have measuring markers in two places, not just at the top... Some improvement here, and I'd be a little less concerned about having a blade as sharp as this one is on this cutter... I wasn't applying much pressure at all, just trying to get my thumb out from under the blade... So pay close attention and use in a sturdy place where you can focus on making cuts and not on keeping your fingers safe... It feels a bit cheap and the blade is overly sharp, but if you're careful and operate it safely (please don't involve children; that would end badly), it should serve you well."
