As one other reviewer said, they do take a little getting used to. When you first use them, it feels as though you have a coin in your shoe- but that soon resides and you'll feel the support & comfort these bring to your feet in no time. In a couple of months I've gone from only being to hobble short distances painfully to being able to hike several miles again. My wife was having problems with her feet too so I bought her a pair and she can now walk pain free too. If like me, you're suffering from PF, I doubt you'll find a better product than the Walk Hero insoles."
