"But when she managed to stop a ball from rolling with one paw then trap it with her other paw, and she couldn't get it out and play with the ball, she became very frustrated."

"It does have a bar across the top I thought that was a nice handle after reading reviews I'm so glad the bar is there because yes this cat would stick her head in it n would not be able to get loose."

"Also, the inside is a little anticlimactic- the cat keeps looking down the center for something: perhaps another interactive activity the cat could insert his paw for would have been nice to have in this toy."

"(If you think I m humanizing him, come to my house and give him one of these toys and at 2a he s MEOWING in your ear and will not stop until you follow him to where he lost his ball."

"I should have paid more attention to this toy's dimensions, but thought it would be OK, as other purchasers' videos showed adult cats using it."

"It's so funny, she'll bat the ball one way and when it comes around she tries to get it but instead bats it the other direction."

"It doesn't tip easily and the balls freely roll around without getting hung up anywhere."

"But when she managed to stop a ball from rolling with one paw then trap it with her other paw, and she couldn't get it out and play with the ball, she became very frustrated... However, with the manufacturing updates, this toy is well constructed, safe, balanced, does not tip over with my now 14-week old kitten, and it's perfectly delightful to watch when the cat is interested by it... She's 16 weeks now and spends more time with this, often laying on the floor next to it to just bat a lazy ball around every so often."

"My one cat lived playing with it but my other cats peed on the cat scratching middle... It does have a bar across the top I thought that was a nice handle after reading reviews I'm so glad the bar is there because yes this cat would stick her head in it n would not be able to get loose... My cats are older all over ten years old so I'm glad to have a toy that they can whack n okay with."

"The three levels are innovative and entertaining and he will sometimes use one level more than another. I find he loves the "hunt" aspect of play and having the ball(s) disappear on the other side of the vertical arrangement works better than perhaps the other toys I viewed which contained a single ball that was completely visible on a horizontal track... Also, the inside is a little anticlimactic- the cat keeps looking down the center for something: perhaps another interactive activity the cat could insert his paw for would have been nice to have in this toy."

"(If you think I m humanizing him, come to my house and give him one of these toys and at 2a he s MEOWING in your ear and will not stop until you follow him to where he lost his ball. ) I couldn t use the little mouse in the track toy because the dog thinks it s for him and suddenly his inner wolf comes out and he starts barking, growling, Andover trying to carry this vicious kill off to his den to destroy... He played with it for approximately 30 minutes and would go back to it again and again through out the evening (I even heard him in the early hours of the morning playing with it)."

"I should have paid more attention to this toy's dimensions, but thought it would be OK, as other purchasers' videos showed adult cats using it... If my cats do not show any interest by a few days' time, I will be donating it to my friend who fosters kittens for our local shelter... I'm glad there was a price reduction, so I did not have to waste a large amount of money on this toy."

"It's short (I need to learn to look at dimensions when I order online), shorter than her (she's not a kitten), and I thought that was why she didn't like it... It's so funny, she'll bat the ball one way and when it comes around she tries to get it but instead bats it the other direction... They can't see the balls when they're on the other side of the them so they look inside the center of the toy for the balls."

"For the cats who MIGHT enjoy pushing balls around a track, this does appear to be well-made. It doesn't tip easily and the balls freely roll around without getting hung up anywhere... A falling apart cardboard box from Amazon that was getting a lot of use is going into the recycling today since they've lost interest."

"* There is only one reason I subtracted one star from this well-made, creative cat toy: I'm afraid my cat is too smart for it... But when she managed to stop a ball from rolling with one paw then trap it with her other paw, and she couldn't get it out and play with the ball, she became very frustrated... After several times of trapping the ball between her paws, she seems to have decided it's nothing to bother about... However, with the manufacturing updates, this toy is well constructed, safe, balanced, does not tip over with my now 14-week old kitten, and it's perfectly delightful to watch when the cat is interested by it... She's 16 weeks now and spends more time with this, often laying on the floor next to it to just bat a lazy ball around every so often. I still rotate this toy with other toys every few days to keep her interest. I found that if I pop a ball out for her to chase once a week or so, that will satisfy her need to succeed in capturing her prey, which heightens her interest in the toy."

"My one cat lived playing with it but my other cats peed on the cat scratching middle. So I've been looking for something like this!... N when the other cats get mean n pee on her toy I can wash it it's all plastic! She immediately started playing with all three tiers was able to mice around it... It does have a bar across the top I thought that was a nice handle after reading reviews I'm so glad the bar is there because yes this cat would stick her head in it n would not be able to get loose... Not only will they have fun but it's my entertainment too. My cats are older all over ten years old so I'm glad to have a toy that they can whack n okay with."

"* I wanted an interactive toy that did not require me pushing "start" and that the cat could engage with on his time whenever he felt it was playtime. I was hesitant at first because I had to show the cat how to use it by batting the balls around- but he caught on beautifully... Cat loves this toy and will jump from one side to the other as he engages with the balls. The three levels are innovative and entertaining and he will sometimes use one level more than another. I find he loves the "hunt" aspect of play and having the ball(s) disappear on the other side of the vertical arrangement works better than perhaps the other toys I viewed which contained a single ball that was completely visible on a horizontal track... They prevent total anarchy, but with a cat who likes to engage this thing, they basically just slow down the inevitable slide... Also, the inside is a little anticlimactic- the cat keeps looking down the center for something: perhaps another interactive activity the cat could insert his paw for would have been nice to have in this toy."

"Other cat toys, The Cat s Meow (basically a plastic wire under a round plastic yellow thin sheet) he figured out IMMEDIATELY... Small balls or crinkle balls last longer until they end up behind the fridge or dryer and again, meowing very loudly for me to come and get it. (If you think I m humanizing him, come to my house and give him one of these toys and at 2a he s MEOWING in your ear and will not stop until you follow him to where he lost his ball. ) I couldn t use the little mouse in the track toy because the dog thinks it s for him and suddenly his inner wolf comes out and he starts barking, growling, Andover trying to carry this vicious kill off to his den to destroy... He played with it for approximately 30 minutes and would go back to it again and again through out the evening (I even heard him in the early hours of the morning playing with it)... If they could be made of hard rubber so it was quieter (for those of us who are limited to space), that would be my only negative... I highly recommend as it s inexpensive and a great way to keep your cat entertained for hours."

"* Tower of Tracks Ball and Track Interactive Toy for Cats, Fun Cat Game by Petstages . I should have paid more attention to this toy's dimensions, but thought it would be OK, as other purchasers' videos showed adult cats using it... male just loves his Turbo Scratcher toy, so I though he'd also enjoy this ball toy as well, but he is only slightly interested in it... old watched the young one try it out, but has not shown much interest otherwise. When I try to move a ball to get it started for the cat, the toy moves away from me, as it is so lightweight.

It's so funny, she'll bat the ball one way and when it comes around she tries to get it but instead bats it the other direction. She was rolling around on her back, running around the toy, enjoying it as much as I'd hoped. Regarding putting their heads in the toy, the very first thing she tried was to put her head down in the middle through that opening... Watching how she played with it, I need to get another that she can see through. I think that's one reason they try to stick their heads in the middle. They can't see the balls when they're on the other side of the them so they look inside the center of the toy for the balls."

"* My cats swat at this on occasion but don't actually play with it... I got it because it seemed to be fairly popular with felines, but they are a fickle crowd. For the cats who MIGHT enjoy pushing balls around a track, this does appear to be well-made. It doesn't tip easily and the balls freely roll around without getting hung up anywhere... It is the ONLY actual cat toy they consistently enjoy for more than a few seconds. Current favorites are a giant pipe cleaner and a plastic flag, both grabbed out of a craft box I was going through. A falling apart cardboard box from Amazon that was getting a lot of use is going into the recycling today since they've lost interest."
