Mehron Makeup Paradise Makeup AQ Face & Body Paint (1.4 oz) (White)

Very Quick

"By the end of the night my finger tips were lighter than the rest of my hands but that s it (you can see in my selfie, that was at the end of the night right before the shower)."

"It wears like full coverage foundation, and also transfers much the same - not a whole lot, but you run the risk of leaving admirers tainted green with envy."

"Pros: -Unlike other Mehron products, this is VERY gentle on skin, I didn't break out at all, and I have very sensitive skin -Breathable -Creamy -Smells like Coconut -Very easy to remove with face wash and water, no makeup remover or heavy scrubbing needed -Quite Pigmented, especially the black shade -If no liquid touches it, it stays on all day Cons: -Biggest con is if any liquid touches it, it will start coming off quickly -Unless you use the right sponge, it can be tricky to apply evenly -I read that this will last for 30+ applications."

"Probably could have avoided that by using a setting spray as some others did but, as she wasn't going to be wearing it for too long, I didn't bother."

"once dry, it doesn't rub off on anything at all, but be careful during the application process to not get it on clothes."

"There were some places like my ears, nose and around my lips that had a tint of green, but came off easily with makeup remover on a cotton pad."

"It is sticky), apply the first coat, wait like one song length, spray with finishing spray, wait another song length, apply second coat, apply spray, then for extra stay power, apply powder top coat."

"I m an amateur & never even wear foundation lol, this stuff was easy enough to work with & looked awesome in pictures & in person, I got compliments all night... got this for Halloween (to be an Alien Hippie), one compact was enough to cover a good majority of my body and have plenty left... By the end of the night my finger tips were lighter than the rest of my hands but that s it (you can see in my selfie, that was at the end of the night right before the shower)."

"As you can see, I have dark skin, so I needed a full coverage body paint. I plan to use this for Halloween to cover my arms, hands, face, and neck... It wears like full coverage foundation, and also transfers much the same - not a whole lot, but you run the risk of leaving admirers tainted green with envy."

"Aside from this though, if it doesn't get wet, it will stay on all day without fail, just make sure you put on a primer to control oil and you're golden. Pros: -Unlike other Mehron products, this is VERY gentle on skin, I didn't break out at all, and I have very sensitive skin -Breathable -Creamy -Smells like Coconut -Very easy to remove with face wash and water, no makeup remover or heavy scrubbing needed -Quite Pigmented, especially the black shade -If no liquid touches it, it stays on all day Cons: -Biggest con is if any liquid touches it, it will start coming off quickly -Unless you use the right sponge, it can be tricky to apply evenly -I read that this will last for 30+ applications. I used this for 6 faces/some neck, though I applied it very opaquely, and I can see the bottom of the container, about 1/4 of the container or less is left All in all, for a first-time user, this worked out better than I thought it would."

"I think a lighter gray may have been even better, but I was still very happy with the end result and my daughter LOVED it... Probably could have avoided that by using a setting spray as some others did but, as she wasn't going to be wearing it for too long, I didn't bother. What I was most pleased about was how easily it came off in the shower given how well it stayed on throughout the night."

"i only needed one layer and then just had a few spots that were blotchy to fill in... so if you're putting it on your arms and hands dealing with water afterwards isn't really an option. once dry, it doesn't rub off on anything at all, but be careful during the application process to not get it on clothes."

"Get the sea sponge wet and squeeze out most of the water and then with a damp sponge - rub on the paint and start applying!... It didn't rub off or crack like other body paints I've tried... There were some places like my ears, nose and around my lips that had a tint of green, but came off easily with makeup remover on a cotton pad."

"Best way to apply so it lasts for hours is get a finishing spray (like Ben bnye final seal but spray your hand and pat your skin. It is sticky), apply the first coat, wait like one song length, spray with finishing spray, wait another song length, apply second coat, apply spray, then for extra stay power, apply powder top coat... The paint is water activated so you will need to wet the sponge or brush and literally grind the paint to make a paste."

Less Quick

"I m an amateur & never even wear foundation lol, this stuff was easy enough to work with & looked awesome in pictures & in person, I got compliments all night... got this for Halloween (to be an Alien Hippie), one compact was enough to cover a good majority of my body and have plenty left. I m sure I could do the look at least once more, maybe even another 2 times with what remains.... I used cheap makeup sponges on my face but it would ve taken way too long to do my body..... By the end of the night my finger tips were lighter than the rest of my hands but that s it (you can see in my selfie, that was at the end of the night right before the shower)... When I showered & just stood under the hot water for a couple minutes, the paint got lighter but didn t disappear... (I originally ordered amazon green but when it arrived it was definitely a darker witch-y green, so I returned & bought the Light Green, seen here in photos."

"As you can see, I have dark skin, so I needed a full coverage body paint. I plan to use this for Halloween to cover my arms, hands, face, and neck. I researched how to apply this paint, and found that stippling with a sea silk sponge works best... Once it dried after a few minutes, I dusted on Mehron Setting Powder -Neutral,1 Oz(28 g) and the body paint was set... Once I was done with application, I let the palette air dry before putting the lid back on... It wears like full coverage foundation, and also transfers much the same - not a whole lot, but you run the risk of leaving admirers tainted green with envy... Because it is water-based, I wouldn't recommend it if you're going to be in the heat or dancing."

"It goes on very smoothly with the right sponge, and only needs about 2 or 3 quick layers to be opaque. Once it dries, you can rub your face with your fingers, and it will barely budge with little to no rub-off... I did a skull pattern on my face for a cosplay with the Mehron Paradise Black/White, and the black got into my waterline (my fault) and caused the corner of my eye to freak out (I have sensitive eyes)... Aside from this though, if it doesn't get wet, it will stay on all day without fail, just make sure you put on a primer to control oil and you're golden. I used this for 6 faces/some neck, though I applied it very opaquely, and I can see the bottom of the container, about 1/4 of the container or less is left All in all, for a first-time user, this worked out better than I thought it would. It has some pretty horrible cons, but the pros definitely outweigh them enough for me to still give this product 4 stars."

"I applied with a wide foundation brush and used a cup of water to dip my brush in as necessary to add to the body paint... I think a lighter gray may have been even better, but I was still very happy with the end result and my daughter LOVED it... mostly under her arms, which I think you can see in the picture I posted. Probably could have avoided that by using a setting spray as some others did but, as she wasn't going to be wearing it for too long, I didn't bother. What I was most pleased about was how easily it came off in the shower given how well it stayed on throughout the night. I thought it was going to be effort, but it came right off with soap and water. I would absolutely recommend this product and use this brand again if I required face/body paint."

"* i purchased this for a Disgust cosplay from Inside Out and the color was PERFECT!... i only needed one layer and then just had a few spots that were blotchy to fill in... so if you're putting it on your arms and hands dealing with water afterwards isn't really an option. once dry, it doesn't rub off on anything at all, but be careful during the application process to not get it on clothes. i would recommend changing into your costume clothes after it's competely dry. i also used setting powder and barrier spray..... i wouldn't let that deter you from buying this product, however."

"Get the sea sponge wet and squeeze out most of the water and then with a damp sponge - rub on the paint and start applying!... It didn't rub off or crack like other body paints I've tried... (Even the paint on my underarms stayed perfectly, without sweating away). Everyone loved my costume, I even won best costume of the night - probably all thanks to this product! REMOVAL: I wore this product for 9-10 hours and thought it wouldn't be coming off all the way. But it washed off easily in a hot shower with soap and a loofah. There were some places like my ears, nose and around my lips that had a tint of green, but came off easily with makeup remover on a cotton pad."

"You WILL need to do at least two coats but three is optimal... Best way to apply so it lasts for hours is get a finishing spray (like Ben bnye final seal but spray your hand and pat your skin. It is sticky), apply the first coat, wait like one song length, spray with finishing spray, wait another song length, apply second coat, apply spray, then for extra stay power, apply powder top coat... The paint is water activated so you will need to wet the sponge or brush and literally grind the paint to make a paste... Two cylinders completely covered me from the knees up and you hardly even see through it... Apply a few pumps of hydra cleanse to a towel you don't care about and SCRUB... All in all, amazing paint for the price and lasted all day with a few tweaks."
