They're are soft for about a month washing maybe every 4-5 days. After that then they are completely pilled on the inside. They are thin like the only difference from this being a long sleeve shirt is the fuzzy layer on the inside. The outside of the sweatshirt feels just like a t shirt. My Criteria: * Needed A Few Lightweight Kick Around Sweatshirts * Priced In The $10 Range * Color Matches The Picture * Good/Decent Fit I'M 6'1" - 230lb - Moderate Size Gut...... I have no information on how much they shrink, how soon color fades, and if the stitching will fall apart within a month or two. Not concerned because I have about 12 sweatshirts and 15 different pull over shirts that I rotate daily.... so all my clothes last forever because no one item ever gets worn more than once or twice a month."

I live on the CA coast where temps drop to the 50's and 40's by late afternoon - these are perfect and I rarely need a jacket while wearing outdoors. I do get hot in this indoors, but layering takes care of that.
