"I felt like I used less than traditional coconut oil, because the oil was already "melted" so that I did not overestimate the amount I needed... I have filled up about six wipe solution bottles and lotion ed my hands multiple times with it so far and there is no barely a difference... I really am enjoying this stuff and it has made life just a little bit easier which is always a huge thing when you have a four year old and newborn.""* I only recently heard someone tell me (within the last few weeks) about fractionated coconut oil they get at a local Farmer's market, and how great it is to use... Of course, as anyone who has used coconut oil knows, it is not perfect to use it in that solid form for skin applications... There are worse things than smelling like coconut oil, but I really don't want to smell that strongly of anything."
"I searched around and learned great things about Fractionated Coconut Oil: it's one of the cheaper carrier oil options, it stays liquid at all temps, and it's one of the safest carrier oils to use... The plastic is pliable which leads to some unintended leakage every now and then when trying to pick up the bottle... The pump, which works well, fits perfectly into a roller bottle for easy, mess free dispensing."
"I used it two times and haven't for the last two days and my hand (while dry) is literally half as dry as it has been the entirety of the last year.... I've noticed that while my skin is dry, it is definitely healthier than it has been in the last year and it is actually rebuilding the skin cells instead of just moisturizing them. I made a roller bottle full of only this, and I will be using it to rub the oil only on the areas affected so that I don't even have to worry about IF my hands felt slightly greasy (which again, is NOTHING compared to lotions)."
"* Package arrived intact and with special care taken to ensure that the oil did not spill during transport--there was a little red plug in addition to the top to keep it from leaking... I got this on a whim because I thought it would be nice to have coconut oil that doesn't solidify in the cooler weather--I didn't expect to like it this much more!... I honestly haven't used the lotion hand pump attachment as I saw negative reviews on it, and its easy to just keep the little top that closes open or closed and just pour/squeeze a little out."
"My baby has had cradle cap for months and I've tried special shampoos but nothing helped... It's been a few days since the last time I've used it and we're still flake free!... I also love that it comes with 2 different caps, a flip top lid or a pump."
"When coconut oil is fractionated, the oil is divided into its long chain fatty acid components and medium-chain fatty acid components, at which point long chain fatty acids are discarded to leave only the oil's medium-chain fatty acids... You can keep fractionated coconut oil in your pantry for months on end without fearing for the safety of your stomach, and the oil's liquid form is much handier for a quick vegetable stir fry than stiff, solidified virgin coconut oil... If you're hoping for an olive oil alternative for your next cooking endeavor or simply want an inexpensive oil to slather on your skin post-shower, fractionated oil will do the trick, but those searching for greater skin benefits may find virgin coconut oil a better solution to their epidermal woes."

"I also make my own wipe solution using distilled water, coconut oil, and a few drops of baby shampoo... I felt like I used less than traditional coconut oil, because the oil was already "melted" so that I did not overestimate the amount I needed... I intend to mail you use the pump, but I did try out the pour cap for review purposes... I would have been fine using just the pour top had the pump not been included. I feel like this one bottle will last me a very long time. I have bought jars of coconut oil for years and used it on my skin rather than other lotions... Of course, as anyone who has used coconut oil knows, it is not perfect to use it in that solid form for skin applications. Either I am putting chunks of the oil on my skin, or sometimes it is liquid and greasy, often both... There are worse things than smelling like coconut oil, but I really don't want to smell that strongly of anything. Anyway, I don't know whether this fractionated coconut oil has a scent, but I do know it goes on so much easier and lighter... I will keep the solid coconut oil for consumption only, from now on."
"Well, I did not have one and needed one ASAP if I had any intentions of making my own blends. I searched around and learned great things about Fractionated Coconut Oil: it's one of the cheaper carrier oil options, it stays liquid at all temps, and it's one of the safest carrier oils to use... I went with Pure Acres Farm's FCO for a few reasons: price, pump and Ebook... The black cap must have been glued on because it took me literally 10 minutes to get it off... The bottle that the oil comes in is a slightly flimsy, but becomes even flimsier when hot. The plastic is pliable which leads to some unintended leakage every now and then when trying to pick up the bottle... The pump, which works well, fits perfectly into a roller bottle for easy, mess free dispensing."
"Between my thumb and palm is extremely dry (has been for over a year) due to driving over an hour one way to work, plus playing a racquet sport in my free time. I noticed my skin starting to dry out and chafe, but I didn't think anything of it... But when I purchased this as a carrier oil for making essential oil roller bottles, I decided to put some directly on my skin... It didn't feel greasy like lotions I'd used, and it hydrated my skin better than any of them. I used it two times and haven't for the last two days and my hand (while dry) is literally half as dry as it has been the entirety of the last year....
I have used coconut oil before as a moisturizer, and have wished it would absorb differently--it sometimes just felt greasy. This, on the other hand, absorbs completely upon application and doesn't feel greasy at all, has no smell and makes my skin feel great. I got this on a whim because I thought it would be nice to have coconut oil that doesn't solidify in the cooler weather--I didn't expect to like it this much more!... I dab a bit on my nose as it tends to have dry skin and I think it has been helping. I honestly haven't used the lotion hand pump attachment as I saw negative reviews on it, and its easy to just keep the little top that closes open or closed and just pour/squeeze a little out... My sister tried it while visiting and loved it as well, going so far as to text her friend who has been trying to find a natural skin moisturizer because of sensitive skin issues."
"* This is my first time using fractionated coconut oil. My baby has had cradle cap for months and I've tried special shampoos but nothing helped... I would put it on at night before sleep and then brush it out the next day with a fine tooth comb to gently lift away the flakes. It's been a few days since the last time I've used it and we're still flake free!... The free ebook is hardly a book, but very helpful to get you started with ideas on how to use it... I also love that it comes with 2 different caps, a flip top lid or a pump... I had my husband rub some of this on my back because my skin felt dry."
"A panacea for hair and skin concerns, coconut oil is the wholesome alternative to your top shelf moisturizer, hair serum, and acne spot treatment... However, the coconut oil options on the market are seemingly infinite and only the best kinds will do your hair and skin right... When coconut oil is fractionated, the oil is divided into its long chain fatty acid components and medium-chain fatty acid components, at which point long chain fatty acids are discarded to leave only the oil's medium-chain fatty acids... If you're hoping to see skin-healing results from eating coconut oil by the scoopful, purchasing fractionated oil may not be the worst idea. You can keep fractionated coconut oil in your pantry for months on end without fearing for the safety of your stomach, and the oil's liquid form is much handier for a quick vegetable stir fry than stiff, solidified virgin coconut oil. On the other hand, refined coconut oil is reported to lose some of its extraordinary skin-perfecting strength when its lauric acid is removed, especially for those looking to remedy blemishes or irritation. If you're hoping for an olive oil alternative for your next cooking endeavor or simply want an inexpensive oil to slather on your skin post-shower, fractionated oil will do the trick, but those searching for greater skin benefits may find virgin coconut oil a better solution to their epidermal woes."
