I don't know why this inspired me to buy my own pair of Toms, though I'm sure the fact that EVERYBODY ELSE is wearing them also lingered in the back of my mind... At any rate, they should be able to give a lot of free shoes to poor people, unless they are giving away much better quality shoes than they are giving to their paying customers... They were a tad snug out of the box, but they quickly stretched into a perfect fit... QUALITY: Although I still believe these shoes are overpriced, I have to admit that they appear to be well-made... I'll wear them with jeans, shorts, skirts, and casual dresses."

I had my daughter go to a local store and try the shoes on for sizing- as there were many reviews that said to order down a half size, and others said order true to size... 5 or 7, depending on the shoe style and I couldn't say that one size is more her true size than the other, it's about 50-50... I'm surprised they don't fit, so there is a chance they are fakes, but if so- they are very very good and you can not tell upon visual inspection."

They are very inexpensive in Argentina so when they first sold them here I was a little shocked at the price... These shoes arrived with two other items i ordered (ARRIVAL ON A SUNDAY, What, what?!... I know they are going to fit but I put them on because that's what your supposed to do. This is the reason i am only giving this 3 stars: about half way down the inside sole, the top layer has a loose air bubble in the middle and is not fully glued to the rest of the sole... I now have to wait how ever long it takes for them to receive it, plus two days for the refund from them, then go back and order a new pair and wait for those to arrive.... This air bubble situation does bother me a lot, so i'll probably end up replacing the sole myself in a couple of hours instead of waiting days on end for a new pair."

I heard they are easy to wash and since they are mostly cloth I assume I can hand wash them with no problem... I bought these for about $33 and I don't think I could find them for less anywhere else... I would recommend you buy your true size, because canvas expands."
