"I think I meet the eligibility guidelines Amazon has because I'm almost six, which is about forty in your age, so I'm old enough to learn how to write... They made a dumb rule that I have to jump up into the "treat chair", and I always do--I just can't resist anything they give me, well--maybe not bananas. My only whine about this is that it doesn't fill me up quite as much as those cans that have almost all meat.""The best advice I ever got about cat feeding came from my late great vet Julie Giles, who told me to keep their menus varied--wet, dry, moist, vary the brands etc... Because it's quite likely that someday some illness or ailment--brief or chronic--will require some sort of diet change--maybe temporary, maybe long term--and that cats raised on a variety of foods of different brands and types and flavors will be far more accepting of the prescribed short- or long-term change of diet an illness might require... can of wet food twice a day, --more often than not Fancy Feast Elegant Medleys or Fancy Feast Gravy Lovers--topped with a sprinkling or two of freshly snipped cat greens, or some bonito flakes from either CatManDo or Kitty Kaviar, or a crumbled marble-like ball or two of Stella & Chewy."
"It also has fewer calories, so I end up needing to use one-half to one whole can extra every day... The ugly: I'm seriously concerned about what's in Fancy Feast, because my cat will not eat anything else... She will starve rather than touch any other form of food - and I've tried a wide range of cat foods, both higher-end and lower-end."
"I've had him for around 6 and a half years now and historically always fed him dry food. Every now and again I would pick up some wet food to treat him but at a recent trip to the grocery store I picked up a few 'Gravy Lovers' cans and let me tell you, my cat LOVES gravy!... I have found that after several weeks now of giving him this food in addition to his try food that he will often times just eat the gravy and leave some of the food to harden on the serving dish."
"There are 8 each of Turkey, Chicken-Roast, and Beef, and for a great *price!... I only give her 1 can each day (despite the can directions), along with a separate bowl of Meow Mix Kitten dry food which she also enjoys very much. I still have some Sheba Premium Gravy so I am alternating, and she likes it, although she sometimes licks up all of the Sheba gravy and leaves the spongy-morsels to dry up."
"He will not eat any other cat food that I have found... My one girl cat, I think is bulimic, has actually had better luck with this than the hard food. Sometimes she eats too much hard food, and you get it - she gets sick."
"Quite by impulse I bought a box of this Gravy Lovers Cat Food because she enjoys ONLY the gravy... She even sits on my lap, which is a new event too, and I pet her for long periods of time. Now, I know I cannot predict the future, but I'm certain that this food had added value to her life, added quality to her health and I suspect years to her future!"

"I think I meet the eligibility guidelines Amazon has because I'm almost six, which is about forty in your age, so I'm old enough to learn how to write... They say I'm food-motivated, so maybe you need to take this review with a few treats! I gave this four only because they don't have ham flavored; I love ham--every time they open the fridge I come running hoping for some... They made a dumb rule that I have to jump up into the "treat chair", and I always do--I just can't resist anything they give me, well--maybe not bananas. My only whine about this is that it doesn't fill me up quite as much as those cans that have almost all meat. But, it is better than the weight-control dry food they usually make me eat for my real meal. Now, if only they'd come out with that fourth variety--ham--now that would really be the cat's meow!""The best advice I ever got about cat feeding came from my late great vet Julie Giles, who told me to keep their menus varied--wet, dry, moist, vary the brands etc... Because it's quite likely that someday some illness or ailment--brief or chronic--will require some sort of diet change--maybe temporary, maybe long term--and that cats raised on a variety of foods of different brands and types and flavors will be far more accepting of the prescribed short- or long-term change of diet an illness might require... can of wet food twice a day, --more often than not Fancy Feast Elegant Medleys or Fancy Feast Gravy Lovers--topped with a sprinkling or two of freshly snipped cat greens, or some bonito flakes from either CatManDo or Kitty Kaviar, or a crumbled marble-like ball or two of Stella & Chewy. After the wet food comes about a quarter of a cup of grain-free dry food for each of them. Their bedtime snack is usually 5 or 6 FelineGreenies dental treats. I've yet to find a flavor of Fancy Feast that Purrcilla and her littermate B... (By the way, if this were a grain-free product, this would have been a 5-star review."
"Previously she wouldn't always finish all her food, even if I served it in little bits... ) This food has a relatively now meat percentage compared to the other Fancy Feasts. It also has fewer calories, so I end up needing to use one-half to one whole can extra every day... The ugly: I'm seriously concerned about what's in Fancy Feast, because my cat will not eat anything else... She will starve rather than touch any other form of food - and I've tried a wide range of cat foods, both higher-end and lower-end... Finally we recently gave her extra-rare steak trimmings and she refused to have any of it - she meowed around hungrily until I gave her Fancy Feast. So at this point we're convinced Fancy Feast has some form of cat crack."
"I've had him for around 6 and a half years now and historically always fed him dry food. Every now and again I would pick up some wet food to treat him but at a recent trip to the grocery store I picked up a few 'Gravy Lovers' cans and let me tell you, my cat LOVES gravy!... He has a recurring eye infection so when I have to give him eye-drops I usually will treat him with some wet food afterwards. This has consequently turned into a daily and nightly half-can expenditure in which my little guy purrs with happiness. I have found that after several weeks now of giving him this food in addition to his try food that he will often times just eat the gravy and leave some of the food to harden on the serving dish... All in all he responds very well to this food and always gets excited when he knows I'm opening a can up for him. I'd recommend it as worth a try to cat owners that are looking for a new treat to give their kitties."
"My kitten LOVES "Fancy Feast Gravy Lovers" Variety pack! There are 8 each of Turkey, Chicken-Roast, and Beef, and for a great *price! It's real meat, and she licks up every drop, so we're both happy. I only give her 1 can each day (despite the can directions), along with a separate bowl of Meow Mix Kitten dry food which she also enjoys very much. I still have some Sheba Premium Gravy so I am alternating, and she likes it, although she sometimes licks up all of the Sheba gravy and leaves the spongy-morsels to dry up... ) I subscribe to a box of this canned food, a milti-pack dry food, and 4-pack of kitty litter. The subscription service is much more flexible now, and works great for us, but pet products are still very limited as of March 2014."
"He will not eat any other cat food that I have found. My two girl cats, who have never eaten soft food have even started eating this. My one girl cat, I think is bulimic, has actually had better luck with this than the hard food. Sometimes she eats too much hard food, and you get it - she gets sick. Strange, but I've read about it and talked to my vet. Anyway this food seems to help a lot for her. I am very happy and have ordered it several times since the first time."
"She's been with us for 8 years... Quite by impulse I bought a box of this Gravy Lovers Cat Food because she enjoys ONLY the gravy. Much to our surprise, 3 weeks later, her coat is NOT tatty, it is silky and has a sheen to it. She hasn't thrown up since eating this food. She even sits on my lap, which is a new event too, and I pet her for long periods of time. Now, I know I cannot predict the future, but I'm certain that this food had added value to her life, added quality to her health and I suspect years to her future!...
