CamelBak Kid's Eddy Water Bottle

Very Quick

"One day after a workout, I was drinking from my larger camelbak bottle with the flip down straw and she instantly caught on."

"If the top was designed like the standard ones it would be perfect but they went a cheap route on these."

"They are easy to clean and I take all parts apart and put them in the dish washer."

"Some other Sippy cups would build up pressure through the straw while closed and when you flip the Sippy straw open, out came the juice."

"These bottles are nice as expected from camelback, however They are NOT leak proof as advertised."

"I thought this would be exactly like my normal camelbak water bottle that I use daily, but the straw and mouth piece are a different design."

"I have an adult sized CamelBak that I use, and when I have it out he gets so excited to drink out of it."

"We bought one for me <1 year old when she refused to take a bottle, and hated sippy cups. One day after a workout, I was drinking from my larger camelbak bottle with the flip down straw and she instantly caught on... It isn't something you can just throw in the dishwasher and let it do it's thing."

"But that means that bottle is worthless now since I had to cut the straw down to fit my sons cup. The reason I bought this is because my 1 year old loves to drink out of mine... If the top was designed like the standard ones it would be perfect but they went a cheap route on these."

"These are the only water bottles that I buy for my kids. They are easy to clean and I take all parts apart and put them in the dish washer... I did not like using milk in these cups because I think the milk could get between the plastic rim seam of the cup and container."

"After I purchased 2 adult CamelBak Sippy cups for myself, I bought this child size one... Some other Sippy cups would build up pressure through the straw while closed and when you flip the Sippy straw open, out came the juice... I would have preferred a more contoured shape to the cup part for a one hand hold."

"These bottles are nice as expected from camelback, however They are NOT leak proof as advertised... The new design for the bite valve and leak proof valve as a single piece would be great if it was designed to actually stay in place... Secondly the bite valve after a day of use does not seal well again causing more leakage."

"I thought this would be exactly like my normal camelbak water bottle that I use daily, but the straw and mouth piece are a different design... I tried to return this after having this happen 3 times, but of course I was one day over the 30 day return time. Do not waste your money unless your child is old enough to just drink and not play with this bottle."

"I have an adult sized CamelBak that I use, and when I have it out he gets so excited to drink out of it... He can't drink out of regular straws yet, but doesn't have any problem with this bottle... I haven't noticed any leaking like some of the other reviewers have mentioned."

"I LOVE these kid water bottles. We bought one for me <1 year old when she refused to take a bottle, and hated sippy cups. One day after a workout, I was drinking from my larger camelbak bottle with the flip down straw and she instantly caught on... At first she couldn't figure out how to flip down the bite valve but she did figure out how to drink from it, (by biting it) quickly... It isn't something you can just throw in the dishwasher and let it do it's thing... I don't mind the cleaning part since we use strictly water in it I don't feel like I need to wash it after every use. But that might be a downer for other people."

"It pops out all the time from the inside and then water just pours out of it once turned on its side. I was able to fix it by replacing the top with one of my insulated Eddy bottles. But that means that bottle is worthless now since I had to cut the straw down to fit my sons cup. The reason I bought this is because my 1 year old loves to drink out of mine. I found that they sell these and thought it would be perfect for him... If the top was designed like the standard ones it would be perfect but they went a cheap route on these. So now my son has a $30 water bottle since one of my Insulated Eddy bottles are junk."

"These are the only water bottles that I buy for my kids. They are easy to clean and I take all parts apart and put them in the dish washer. Once I put the bottle on the bottom rack and it warped because my washer was on heated dry I think. Otherwise, I have not had a problem with these. I have purchased replacement spouts which are easily available on Amazon. I have these for my 1 and 3 year old... I did not like using milk in these cups because I think the milk could get between the plastic rim seam of the cup and container."

"After I purchased 2 adult CamelBak Sippy cups for myself, I bought this child size one... Our 2 year old uses this all the time... Some other Sippy cups would build up pressure through the straw while closed and when you flip the Sippy straw open, out came the juice. This particular designed straw requires biting the tip and sucking. This was easily accomplished by our 2 year old... I would have preferred a more contoured shape to the cup part for a one hand hold. With that said, I still give 5 * because it is the best cup by far."

"These bottles are nice as expected from camelback, however They are NOT leak proof as advertised. I purchased 6 bottles for my two boys Aged 1 and 5. The new design for the bite valve and leak proof valve as a single piece would be great if it was designed to actually stay in place. One drop onto the lid will push the bite valve in and cause the seal to be I can see the arguement of "well don't drop it then. " And I'll respond with "this product is advertised with the intent of being used by kids. " this product would work well for a kid who is very careful or mindful of not dropping them. Secondly the bite valve after a day of use does not seal well again causing more leakage."

"My son absolutley loves this CamelBak Bottle. I know it says not for children under 3, but my 13 month old is a pro at this bottle. I have an adult sized CamelBak that I use, and when I have it out he gets so excited to drink out of it... He can't drink out of regular straws yet, but doesn't have any problem with this bottle. I think the bite valve reminds him of his sippy cups. It has also been beneficial for teaching him to keep his cup down to drink, instead of turning it up like a sippy. I haven't noticed any leaking like some of the other reviewers have mentioned."
