"For you pen chewers out there you can chew away, and always have another in the box you can lend out without getting those looks (you know what I'm talking about)."

"I'm a writer and handwrite all my books so I've used many brands of pens over the years, including other types of Bic pens, and at first I was impressed with these."

"If you're someone like me, who is a student and is just looking for an all-around economically pen that works every time and does the job, you should consider these pens!"

"The ink takes a while to run out (I believe I have a pen that lasted me for everyday writing all year), and they don't look cheap, if you care about that kind of thing."

"They re not fancy, but I was tired of paying $4 for a 2-pen set from Walgreens/CVS/The Local Grocer and such and decided to go ahead and try these as they came 60 in a box And so basically for pennies on the dollar I have enough pens that should last myself and my relatives (as they always seem to borrow my work supplies ) well throughout the year!"

"I don't mind to present a pen to them sometimes but dang you'd think with as many pens that I buy for work, myself, and everyone else we wouldn't be out of so many pens."

"If your office has similar needs, then you will find these pens the better buy over off-brand pens, and I highly recommend them."

"These are your basic every day pens that are so darn cheap you don't much care when they grow their legs and disappear on you... I obviously have not tested all 60 of them, but all the ones I have used so far have made nice, smooth, even lines... For you pen chewers out there you can chew away, and always have another in the box you can lend out without getting those looks (you know what I'm talking about)."

"I'm a writer and handwrite all my books so I've used many brands of pens over the years, including other types of Bic pens, and at first I was impressed with these... I often forget to put the caps back on these and they've never dried out nor have I needed to scribble on a piece of scrap paper to get the ink flowing. However, after using them for a few days, I started to notice that there were constant ink globs that I had to keep wiping off the end of the tip or risk smearing what I was writing."

"They work on just about any type of paper, and I use normal wire-bound notebook paper that you would find in any office & supplies store easily (Mead, etc..... I am not a very picky person when it comes to pens, and a regular ballpoint pen, such as this one from bic, will do the job!... If you're someone like me, who is a student and is just looking for an all-around economically pen that works every time and does the job, you should consider these pens!"

"They're definitely my favorite pens, and one box will probably get me through my senior year into student teaching and probably when I have my own classroom and need pens for some writing project... Unless I personally damage the pen (which is hard, because the plastic is great quality), it works well always. The ink takes a while to run out (I believe I have a pen that lasted me for everyday writing all year), and they don't look cheap, if you care about that kind of thing."

So, if you just want something to write with that doesn t have to come with the bells and whistles of a personalized gold pen, or say a calligraphy pen set, then I think anyone would be satisfied with this offering from the folks at Bic. Overall a good buy, although for some reason the black was not available which is what most people like, but the blue is fine, too."

"Sometimes I can't help it that some people need to borrow pens because they were dumb and couldn't take care of themselves. I don't mind to present a pen to them sometimes but dang you'd think with as many pens that I buy for work, myself, and everyone else we wouldn't be out of so many pens. I had purchased MANY of these pens before and set down over 240 of these pens in works in small cups saying you could take one and use it if you need to."

"Second, it would be very distracting to have someone scratching or scribbling with a pen to get it to write during service, so you want pens that you can count on... Its important to be able to buy pens that present well, write well and are inexpensive, because it is quite likely that certain percent will end up absentmindedly taken home at the end of day. If your office has similar needs, then you will find these pens the better buy over off-brand pens, and I highly recommend them."

"There are lots of reasons, the biggest being the well known fact that once you set a pen down and look away they grow legs and walk off... I think they're forming a colony somewhere in the house, I just hope they don't make a move to take over... These are your basic every day pens that are so darn cheap you don't much care when they grow their legs and disappear on you... I obviously have not tested all 60 of them, but all the ones I have used so far have made nice, smooth, even lines... For you pen chewers out there you can chew away, and always have another in the box you can lend out without getting those looks (you know what I'm talking about)... These pens will serve your check book well (does anyone still use those things? I do, but I'm old school like that), take great notes in school, and scribble a quick note at your desk without fuss."

"I'm a writer and handwrite all my books so I've used many brands of pens over the years, including other types of Bic pens, and at first I was impressed with these. The color was consistent, the pen was lightweight, and they write smooth every time. I often forget to put the caps back on these and they've never dried out nor have I needed to scribble on a piece of scrap paper to get the ink flowing. However, after using them for a few days, I started to notice that there were constant ink globs that I had to keep wiping off the end of the tip or risk smearing what I was writing... Not only that, but the ink kept staining my fingers when a small glob would come off the end and it is VERY hard to get this ink off skin... Aside from the constant globs and stained fingers, these pens also need comfort grips. Bottom line, splurge on some more expensive pens that you don't have to keep wiping off!"

"They last for an extremely long time and hardly ever dry out unless exposed to extreme cold temperatures (obviously). They work on just about any type of paper, and I use normal wire-bound notebook paper that you would find in any office & supplies store easily (Mead, etc..... Also, you don't need to push very hard to write with the pen (prevents hand cramping overtime). Although it does not flow as smoothly as a gel or liquid-ink based pen, it does flow pretty smoothly in my opinion if the same pen is used for a little bit of time. I am not a very picky person when it comes to pens, and a regular ballpoint pen, such as this one from bic, will do the job! After all, does it really matter that much as to what type of writing utensil you use at the end of the day (at least for day-to-day writing-- lecture notes, homework, letters, etc..... If you're someone like me, who is a student and is just looking for an all-around economically pen that works every time and does the job, you should consider these pens!"

"These pens have been a personal favorite for me for the last few years... When I was cruising Amazon last week and discovered that the greatness that is this pen could be mine for so cheap, I practically threw a parade... The joy of the cheapness of these pens is that the future is now mine to find out!... They're definitely my favorite pens, and one box will probably get me through my senior year into student teaching and probably when I have my own classroom and need pens for some writing project... They write cleanly, and they don't give out on you until the ink does. Unless I personally damage the pen (which is hard, because the plastic is great quality), it works well always. The ink takes a while to run out (I believe I have a pen that lasted me for everyday writing all year), and they don't look cheap, if you care about that kind of thing."

I had purchased MANY of these pens before and set down over 240 of these pens in works in small cups saying you could take one and use it if you need to. Let me mention that the guests were not able to take the pens, it was just for the staff... Despite being exposed to intense cold and heat, these pens still manage to hold up somehow after you give it a little scribble. I wished I could comment on the longetivity of the life of these pens, but everyone keeps losing them before I can even wear them down. Like 60 pens of this value should literally last me a whole year, if not WAY longer than that."

"As Administrative Assistant at our Church, my wife selected the Bic Round stic pen for its consistency, quality and longevity... They will find these pens available to them to take sermon notes during service, or to jot information while talking at our information table, or to write personal information when they meet new friends. In our church, as I am sure in any enterprise where people are highly valued, it is important that when someone picks up a pen, that the pen first of all looks good... Second, it would be very distracting to have someone scratching or scribbling with a pen to get it to write during service, so you want pens that you can count on. BIC pens are very trustworthy, and the see-through case make it easy for our staff and ushers to remove used pens. Its important to be able to buy pens that present well, write well and are inexpensive, because it is quite likely that certain percent will end up absentmindedly taken home at the end of day. If your office has similar needs, then you will find these pens the better buy over off-brand pens, and I highly recommend them."
