It makes dispensing a lot easier since I can just put the entire roll inside and then pull them out one by one as needed. The bags are perforated so they do tear off individually very easy without any rips in the bag itself... I actually find that they hold in the smell well and are thick enough to give good protection while picking waste up... Great durability and size, will last a really long time for sure. These bags are sturdy without feeling heavy (and I realize that's an odd statement. I just mean I don't feel like I'm wasting so much plastic every time I pick up dog poo.
