I wore them day in and day out for my job which kept me on 24 hour shifts so I had them on a lot... I pulled these out to do some routine cleaning of my boot only to discover that one of the heel cups has almost completely come unglued and they both have a rather significant crack in them... The company suggests that these will last between 300-500 miles of running or 12 months of use... I don't run in my tac-boots and the walking I do is normal every day walking and nothing extensive or rough on the insoles... Such a shame I wasted $49 on these insoles that lasted me less than half the time the company stated they should. There is small chance that I will venture to ever buy a Superfeet product again."
