If I were to wear layers under this it would fit nicely, but I know I am not because I get hot SUPER easily and knew layers plus this jacket would be too much no matter how cold it was. Although I have not tried it out in cold weather, (which I will update this review when I do), I am 100% positive short sleeves and this jacket would be plenty warm for me... It has plenty of outside and inside pockets to hold all your items and keep them dry... It fits perfect for me to wear short sleeves or a thin long sleeve underneath, which is what I was planning on doing because I know this jacket will keep me plenty warm... So base what size you need off of this, but even if you don't like it, you get your return in the form of a gift card the day you drop your package off and can receive your new jacket in 2 days for free, so it's really no hassle."
