I purchased these shoes this summer and complained within two weeks about the eyehole of the boot coming loose; and didn't ever hear from the company or anyone representing the product... This is now my 22nd pair, but first in the last 15 years; and it is very disappointing to see the same old quality issues plague the company; and I have come to expect the quality of Lowa and Merrell; which this company is unable to emulate."

I believe I am at the point of fool you once... fool is you Twice this time around.... I purchased these shoes this summer and complained within two weeks about the eyehole of the boot coming loose; and didn't ever hear from the company or anyone representing the product. These shoes have been worn minimally but even after I reinserted the eye hole and tried to avoid any strain while tying them, they continue to be a problem. This is now my 22nd pair, but first in the last 15 years; and it is very disappointing to see the same old quality issues plague the company; and I have come to expect the quality of Lowa and Merrell; which this company is unable to emulate.
