Simple Modern Ascent Water Bottle - Narrow Mouth, Vacuum Insulated, Double Wall, 18/8 Stainless Steel Powder Coated - 5 Sizes, 30+ Colors

Very Quick

"I've used the same Klean Kanteen for about 4 years and its banged up pretty good, but not a hint of rust or deterioration."

"Similarly, before the first use, I put hot water from my tea kettle to wash out the bottle and left it in the sink at night, the next morning, I nearly burned myself when I poured out the water and it was still hot."

"We will definitely be buying Simple Modern bottles in the future if we need to replace or supplement our current inventory :) Also, we purchased the pop-up straw top that is one of the recommended additional items (can't remember the brand, but I'll look it up and come back to edit), and it works really well with this bottle."

"I put ice water in at 3PM and it was still very cold at 12PM the next day, even after sitting in a hot car for a few hours."

"This bottle really does insulate from outside temperatures to keep your beverage the temperature you want it."

"* I bought this water bottle to replace the Nalgene I had for about four years that finally broke."

"* Disappointed because this color was so pretty and the size/shape was exactly what I was looking for..... I've used the same Klean Kanteen for about 4 years and its banged up pretty good, but not a hint of rust or deterioration. If Simple Modern upped the quality of the stainless steel this would have been a 5 star for me."

"I bought the 32oz, which admittedly is large and doesn't fit in every cup holder... Granted, it had melted a bit, but still, 12 hours later, there were still ice cubes. Similarly, before the first use, I put hot water from my tea kettle to wash out the bottle and left it in the sink at night, the next morning, I nearly burned myself when I poured out the water and it was still hot."

"Kept water cold overnight - the ice cubes in the bottle didn't fully melt... We purchased the 17oz bottle for our 15mo daughter who prefers to drink out of mom and dad's Hydroflasks instead of her sippy cups or regular cups, but since our bottles are 40oz they were too heavy for her to hold and she kept dropping them... We will definitely be buying Simple Modern bottles in the future if we need to replace or supplement our current inventory :) Also, we purchased the pop-up straw top that is one of the recommended additional items (can't remember the brand, but I'll look it up and come back to edit), and it works really well with this bottle."

"I recently moved to this 20oz bottle from a plastic water bottle with a straw due to mold buildup that I just didn't want to deal with having to bleach every week or so... I put ice water in at 3PM and it was still very cold at 12PM the next day, even after sitting in a hot car for a few hours... I've also noticed there is no weird metal taste or smell like I've had while using some other metal bottles, which is a big plus."

"I wanted something to use so that I could put my daily energy drink in to keep cold, since it usually takes me a couple hours to drink it... I found that if you put water in it then put in the fridge it keeps it pretty close to the temp you start out with... This bottle really does insulate from outside temperatures to keep your beverage the temperature you want it."

"* I bought this water bottle to replace the Nalgene I had for about four years that finally broke... I didn't give it five stars however because it is much heavier than I wanted, even when not filled... I think I'll just get another Nalgene for when I'm active and use this one at work."

Less Quick

"I bought the 32oz, which admittedly is large and doesn't fit in every cup holder. But it does as advertised, keeps the cold water COLD and the hot water HOT! When I first purchased the water bottle, I put ice in it, which I was accustomed to doing with my old water bottle... Granted, it had melted a bit, but still, 12 hours later, there were still ice cubes. Similarly, before the first use, I put hot water from my tea kettle to wash out the bottle and left it in the sink at night, the next morning, I nearly burned myself when I poured out the water and it was still hot. Also, the bottle doesn't sweat, so there's no need for coasters or to worry if you carry it inside a book bag or purse. If you have a carabiner, the lid allows you to hook it onto a bag."

"Impressively high quality, great color and material. Kept water cold overnight - the ice cubes in the bottle didn't fully melt... We purchased the 17oz bottle for our 15mo daughter who prefers to drink out of mom and dad's Hydroflasks instead of her sippy cups or regular cups, but since our bottles are 40oz they were too heavy for her to hold and she kept dropping them. We got this more cost-effective option for her knowing that she will probably drop it frequently... but so far it has held up through a few crashes to the floor without any dents! We will definitely be buying Simple Modern bottles in the future if we need to replace or supplement our current inventory :) Also, we purchased the pop-up straw top that is one of the recommended additional items (can't remember the brand, but I'll look it up and come back to edit), and it works really well with this bottle. We simply had to cut the straw down a little bit to fit this smaller bottle."

"I recently moved to this 20oz bottle from a plastic water bottle with a straw due to mold buildup that I just didn't want to deal with having to bleach every week or so. This bottle really does keep water cold for 24 hours. I put ice water in at 3PM and it was still very cold at 12PM the next day, even after sitting in a hot car for a few hours... Fits in cupholders, as stated in the description. The powder coating is beautiful and is actually nice to touch-- it gives the bottle some grip, adds a nice light matte finish, and feels "softer" than just metal bottles. I've also noticed there is no weird metal taste or smell like I've had while using some other metal bottles, which is a big plus. All in all, I've only had this bottle for a few days but I'm smitten."

"* I have a bigger 36 oz thermos and I just love it. I wanted something to use so that I could put my daily energy drink in to keep cold, since it usually takes me a couple hours to drink it. While camping I've had bugs sneak in the can, so I wanted something I could close as well... Air tight closing and it keeps my drink cold until I am finished with it. I found that if you put water in it then put in the fridge it keeps it pretty close to the temp you start out with. Therefore, I have started putting ice for my water. This bottle really does insulate from outside temperatures to keep your beverage the temperature you want it."

"* I bought this water bottle to replace the Nalgene I had for about four years that finally broke. I really like this water bottle. It arrived quickly and it's a beautiful light pink, plus it holds a ridiculous amount of water. I didn't give it five stars however because it is much heavier than I wanted, even when not filled. It's not really light enough for me to carry around all day hiking and camping, or at festivals. Plus, after only using it for about three days around the house, it already has a dent in it. I think I'll just get another Nalgene for when I'm active and use this one at work."
