"They have never scratched anything I have used them on and I like this brand because it is a little cheaper.""We buy them in bulk because I hate the smell of old sponges and because it's much cheaper than realizing you need a new sponge, running to the grocery store, and spending two times as much is necessary on one sponge and then repeating that process week after week."

"I prefer to use sponges when I wash the dishes - I have a dishwasher, but there are few things I don't like to put in there. I like that there is a sponge on one side and scrub on the other; works well for pots and pans... They have never scratched anything I have used them on and I like this brand because it is a little cheaper.""* We have been buying these sponges for a long time... We buy them in bulk because I hate the smell of old sponges and because it's much cheaper than realizing you need a new sponge, running to the grocery store, and spending two times as much is necessary on one sponge and then repeating that process week after week. These sponges are cost-efficient and hold up fairly well, even with my husband using them so vigorously it's like he is attacking our dishes for daring to be used."
"* I love these Scotch-Brite Non Scratch Scrub Sponges! I can wash all my nonstick pans, glassware, and everything else, without worry of scratching anything! I use these on my stove, cabinets, and refrigerator glass shelves also!"
"The second is that they really really work well and they do it with scratching... I have found these non-scratch scrubby sponges make cleanup a lot easier. Before I'd soak the casserole dishes and then eventually have to take a Brillo pad to them."
"* I thought these Scotch-Brite sponges would be a safe purchase because I frequently buy the same brand from the grocery store... They bled copious amounts of blue dye, not just on first use, but throughout their lifetime... I still don't know what happened: the vendor looks legit, but the sponges feel like Chinese knock-offs."
"* We have been purchasing the Scotch-Bright Non-Scratch Scrubbing Sponges for years! It's the only one we trust to work well and not scratch our surfaces - countertop, stove, etc. They last a long time!"
"* I've been buying these Scotch-Brite sponges from Amazon... In a prior order, the sponges were wet when I took them out of their packaging and when placed in the dish water in the sink, there was blue dye that came out of them with a funky smell... I don't like them at all."

"* These sponges are my favorite. I prefer to use sponges when I wash the dishes - I have a dishwasher, but there are few things I don't like to put in there. I like that there is a sponge on one side and scrub on the other; works well for pots and pans. I don't use them to clean my counters because it just seems unsanitary to me - that's my own issue though... They have never scratched anything I have used them on and I like this brand because it is a little cheaper... Also because it's a small town with the next closest store being over 1/2 hour away, they can usually get away with jacking up prices so that another reason I shop for things like this online. If you can get it cheaper at a store near you, you should.""But I've sort of fallen in 'like' with these things... The second is that they really really work well and they do it with scratching. Lately I've been doing a lot of baking and crockpotting and generally making dishes that leave the sorts of mess that moms hate. I have found these non-scratch scrubby sponges make cleanup a lot easier. Before I'd soak the casserole dishes and then eventually have to take a Brillo pad to them... I won't use metal pancake flippers on these pans but I have no problem using the sponge... I positively paranoid about sponges and cleanliness so I clean these once, maybe twice in a long mild bleach solution."
"* I thought these Scotch-Brite sponges would be a safe purchase because I frequently buy the same brand from the grocery store. But these sponges were totally different from the ones at the store. They were much more poorly made. They bled copious amounts of blue dye, not just on first use, but throughout their lifetime... They also showed wear more quickly than the grocery store variety. I still don't know what happened: the vendor looks legit, but the sponges feel like Chinese knock-offs. I'd recommend against them."
"* I've been buying these Scotch-Brite sponges from Amazon... Something has definitely changed in the quality of these sponges in my two recent orders. In a prior order, the sponges were wet when I took them out of their packaging and when placed in the dish water in the sink, there was blue dye that came out of them with a funky smell. The order I recently received, the texture of the sponges was totally different from the usual Scotch-Brite brand. The sponges are much thinner also. I'm very leery of buying any more of this type of sponge through Amazon in the future as it seems these are knock-off sponges. I don't like them at all."
