"It probably cost more then this but this is so over priced for what you get, it might be worth trying to track that European windshield cleaner down and paying for it even if it cost $25.""* The handle is much too short and not as illustraded."
"The cleaner wand, which is triangular in shape with a screw-in hand grip, makes it much easier to reach all the way into those terribly difficult to reach corners and bottom edges, and the Invisible Glass spray itself really is that: when you are done, there is no streaking, film, etc."
"Only the edges of this cleaning device came in contact with the glass, a result that could easily be seen from the outside."
"The reach and clean tool is most useful for cleaning the interior bottom of the windshield, there is never enough room to get a hammy hand and cloth in those tight spaces."
"I saw this originally in an auto parts store but it was about twice the price so I am glad to have found it at a better price."
"This works so well that I am ordering another for my mom who has way shorter arms than me and also a new car, and major problems with the windshield."

"If this can get the most crud to start, and then a hand reach over from each side finishes it up, that could lesson the pain and suffering of windshield cleaning... The bad guys like to see stuff in a car because that may mean a phone or cash under or in that gym bag full of your smelly cloths... It probably cost more then this but this is so over priced for what you get, it might be worth trying to track that European windshield cleaner down and paying for it even if it cost $25.""That's a bit of an exaggeration, since cleaning the inside of car windows--even with this kit--is pretty much of a pain due to angles of the front and rear windows (which can really be sharp in some cars) and the contortions you must go through while attempting to clean... The cleaner wand, which is triangular in shape with a screw-in hand grip, makes it much easier to reach all the way into those terribly difficult to reach corners and bottom edges, and the Invisible Glass spray itself really is that: when you are done, there is no streaking, film, etc... My only gripe, if I can call it that, is that I wish there were more microfiber cloths in the kit, because in doing an entire car, you usually want to use a number of these, and we often do two cars at once, making the need for additional cloths even greater."
"Hard as you try this handy looking gadget will not conform to the shape of your auto glass... Only the edges of this cleaning device came in contact with the glass, a result that could easily be seen from the outside... I was so convinced that the Reach and Clean tool would change my life that I even ordered extra bonnets."
"The reach and clean tool is helpful on the large windshield and sunroof, but for most other windows I just use a lint free cleaning rag, followed with lint free drying rag. The reach and clean tool is most useful for cleaning the interior bottom of the windshield, there is never enough room to get a hammy hand and cloth in those tight spaces... Tip: When you are putting the bonnets on the cleaning tool, put the end over the top corner first, and pull it down over the two base corners."
"* Got this for my son for Christmas along with the extra covers. He was very happy to receive it and I ended up buying another one for me... I saw this originally in an auto parts store but it was about twice the price so I am glad to have found it at a better price."
"I hate cleaning my windshield (even on previous car) because it always left smears, streaks, spots, etc... I used regular ol' window cleaner (that blue stuff) and sprayed it directly on the cloth because impossible to spray onto the inside of my windshield... This works so well that I am ordering another for my mom who has way shorter arms than me and also a new car, and major problems with the windshield."

"I did the same technique (up and down) and even used the Stoner glass cleaner... But, maybe it will work better with; first using the microfiber and then finish with the smooth one... If this can get the most crud to start, and then a hand reach over from each side finishes it up, that could lesson the pain and suffering of windshield cleaning... I dunno but, I now want to try out some other glass cleaners to see if they work better... Maybe the newer off gassing from the plastic was different compared to the well sun baked older plastic gas (major cause of windshield dinginess)... The cleaner wand, which is triangular in shape with a screw-in hand grip, makes it much easier to reach all the way into those terribly difficult to reach corners and bottom edges, and the Invisible Glass spray itself really is that: when you are done, there is no streaking, film, etc. (Note that, although we all have used common household cleaners to clean our windows, many of these will leave streaks, and the effect can get worse when the car is subjected to heat and sunlight. ) The cleaning head uses a microfiber cloth stretched over the head, and the cloth is removable for washing... My only gripe, if I can call it that, is that I wish there were more microfiber cloths in the kit, because in doing an entire car, you usually want to use a number of these, and we often do two cars at once, making the need for additional cloths even greater. You can buy the extra cloths separately, which I did, but it would have been nice to have, say, six of them included in this kit, and then push the price up two dollars or so. Other than that issue, I can recommend this kit, and also recommend that you buy the extra cloths, too, because you'll be needing them once you get started!"
"Hard as you try this handy looking gadget will not conform to the shape of your auto glass... Only the edges of this cleaning device came in contact with the glass, a result that could easily be seen from the outside. The only advantage this might offer is getting into corners and the tight angles above the dash. It does reach these places, but the result isn't much better than using a microfibre by hand and streaking still occurs... If you're like me, you're looking at this for the interior surfaces of your front and rear auto glass and frankly my friend you will likely be disappointed. I was so convinced that the Reach and Clean tool would change my life that I even ordered extra bonnets. I used it once and have no plans to try it again - just another car care product gathering dust."
"My new car has a long, sloped windshield that is hard to reach... I hate cleaning my windshield (even on previous car) because it always left smears, streaks, spots, etc... I used regular ol' window cleaner (that blue stuff) and sprayed it directly on the cloth because impossible to spray onto the inside of my windshield... Then I did the outside of the windshield. I sprayed the cleaner on the windshield and wiped with this... No streaks, no smears, but crystal clear glass... This works so well that I am ordering another for my mom who has way shorter arms than me and also a new car, and major problems with the windshield."
