"The company saw my first review and shipped me a new band that looks great and clips and holds onto my fitband... I really liked this band at first, however one side of it doesn't fully clip on so it often falls off, luckily I haven't lost my fit bit yet but I will not continue wearing this band because I don't want to lose the fit bit. "IGK sent me a replacement band after my negative product review. Have been wearing this band for a month now and it works as advertised... Appreciated the fact that the company reached out and replaced the band w/o me having to ask. So it gets a 4 star because the first one failed but the company replaced it w/o hassle and this on works fine... Original bands lasted about 5 months before they started unlocking/falling off the Charge case. Purchased this set in May 2017 and started falling off the Charge middle of June. Totally useless if they unlock at all especially unexpectedly when they are under no stress."
