YETI Rambler 30 oz Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Tumbler w/MagSlider Lid

Very Quick

"On the other extreme, after I'm done with my coffee for the day, I put iced tea into it and the ice lasts for hours (I rinse it first in cold water)."

"He says he fills it with ice and a beverage before driving the 70 miles to work, works all day/night and on the 70 mile drive back home still has ice in the Yeti."

"I will continue to discourage anyone I know from buying this product until someone in the design department reads this review and earns the over priced salary they are getting to come up with a lid that actually keeps fluids in the cup where they belong."

"Regarding the lid, definitely get the MagSlider (as opposed to the old design with an open sip area) as it feels solid, high quality, and prevents spills better."

"* So, when I first heard about Yeti I assumed it was just name brand and pricey, definitely not something I would have picked up on my own."

"" The handle does bottom out in my car's cup holder, but the Rambler still fits into it well enough to not topple over and spill my precious fluid all over the seats."

"I had heard they are awesome and keep drinks cold for hours but I still hesitated on spending the money."

"On the other extreme, after I'm done with my coffee for the day, I put iced tea into it and the ice lasts for hours (I rinse it first in cold water)... I tested it once when I had coffee in it and it leaked more, but I think because of the heat and pressure build-up (that's how well it contains the warm)... I use a little cart to shop with and it fits perfectly in the side pocket, doesn't leak at all, it's easy to remove while I'm out walking and want to take a sip occasionally."

"My mom called me before Christmas to discuss my daughter s gift and mentioned that she wanted to get my husband and I Yeti travel mugs... He says he fills it with ice and a beverage before driving the 70 miles to work, works all day/night and on the 70 mile drive back home still has ice in the Yeti... I hadn t finished the water, it was still half full, when I left work three hours later so I left it in the office."

"If you are going to rob people of their money, at least create a lid that does not leak when you tip it over... To top it off, when I went online to register my 30oz mug, it said that my code was not recognized... I will continue to discourage anyone I know from buying this product until someone in the design department reads this review and earns the over priced salary they are getting to come up with a lid that actually keeps fluids in the cup where they belong."

"My test has always been a cold brew coffee with ice, left in my truck for a day in a hot parking lot in sunny 80F weather... Regarding the lid, definitely get the MagSlider (as opposed to the old design with an open sip area) as it feels solid, high quality, and prevents spills better... One note, the lid (being clear plastic) while very high quality, scratches easily depending how you wash it."

"* So, when I first heard about Yeti I assumed it was just name brand and pricey, definitely not something I would have picked up on my own... My husband has even been taking my cup over that I am going to buy him his own so I get mine back!!... We have left it in a hot car and our drinks remain cold and the ice lasts."

"The engineering makes it a breeze to clean out all the coffee crud that can be challenging to remove on lessor mugs and I anticipate it will last for many years... " The handle does bottom out in my car's cup holder, but the Rambler still fits into it well enough to not topple over and spill my precious fluid all over the seats. I primarily use this for hot coffee, but I've also given it a scrub and drank juice from it with no discernible taste crossover."

"I had heard they are awesome and keep drinks cold for hours but I still hesitated on spending the money... I can put a couple ice cubes and some cold water in it in the morning and it ll still have those 2 cubes and cold water late into the afternoon!... Make sure you buy from the Yeti seller or amazon prime so you know you re getting the real deal."

Less Quick

"I also have arthritis in my fingers and hands, and I've been using a plastic "insulated" water bottle, so the large metal tumbler seemed way too much... On the other extreme, after I'm done with my coffee for the day, I put iced tea into it and the ice lasts for hours (I rinse it first in cold water). The first morning after I got it, I woke up and it still had ice; not just little pieces, but real cubes... I tested it once when I had coffee in it and it leaked more, but I think because of the heat and pressure build-up (that's how well it contains the warm)... I use a little cart to shop with and it fits perfectly in the side pocket, doesn't leak at all, it's easy to remove while I'm out walking and want to take a sip occasionally... If you're a senior with arthritis in your hand, you may want to consider the smaller mug with the handle (I almost got that one but wanted more ounces)... ) (ADDENDUM: Shortly after I did this review, I started poking around other reviews and saw great concern about authentic vs."

I hadn t finished the water, it was still half full, when I left work three hours later so I left it in the office... Not all the ice but a glob of about 4 or 5 cubes, after seventeen hours!... By noon, twenty-one hours later, there was one cube left and the outside was still dry as a bone. I don t know what I am more impressed with, the product or a company that actually tells you the truth. And the price was less than I had thought and more than worth it for a product that actually delivers."

"* As much as I ve heard about this product, I was extremely disappointed. If you are going to rob people of their money, at least create a lid that does not leak when you tip it over... How could such a reputable company create such a poor product with no regard for the thousands of similar complaints from people having the same problem. Their solution to this huge problem is the Stop Leak, which should take care of the problem... , but Yetti, a company which sells a much costlier product, fail and refuse to address the issue. To top it off, when I went online to register my 30oz mug, it said that my code was not recognized... I will continue to discourage anyone I know from buying this product until someone in the design department reads this review and earns the over priced salary they are getting to come up with a lid that actually keeps fluids in the cup where they belong."

"Yeti is amazing already, and the hype about these tumblers is completely true... My test has always been a cold brew coffee with ice, left in my truck for a day in a hot parking lot in sunny 80F weather... Every time, I feel like all I can do is rave about the product and the brand. Regarding the lid, definitely get the MagSlider (as opposed to the old design with an open sip area) as it feels solid, high quality, and prevents spills better... With other tumblers I have to disassemble the lid to really get it clean. However, with this I have full confidence just washing it without taking anything apart. One note, the lid (being clear plastic) while very high quality, scratches easily depending how you wash it."

"* So, when I first heard about Yeti I assumed it was just name brand and pricey, definitely not something I would have picked up on my own. Then a friend gave me the tumbler as a gift and I am officially coverted!!... My husband has even been taking my cup over that I am going to buy him his own so I get mine back!! :) I bought this cup for a friend for their birthday and they were psyched. We have left it in a hot car and our drinks remain cold and the ice lasts. Will be buying another one shortly. And I expect a few more for gifts."

"I can't quite seem to find that 24-25 ouncer that I really want, but better slightly too much coffee is better than too little, right?... The engineering makes it a breeze to clean out all the coffee crud that can be challenging to remove on lessor mugs and I anticipate it will last for many years. I like the finish on it too, I bought the green and it hasn't chipped or worn in any appreciable manner in the last month since I've been using it (daily) and it even weathered a drop to the concrete with no chipping. I ended up buying a handle for it too, it wasn't really needed but I thought, "Why not accessorize? " The handle does bottom out in my car's cup holder, but the Rambler still fits into it well enough to not topple over and spill my precious fluid all over the seats. I primarily use this for hot coffee, but I've also given it a scrub and drank juice from it with no discernible taste crossover. Overall what you already know is true; this is the best coffee cup out there."

"* Stop thinking about it and buy it! I had heard they are awesome and keep drinks cold for hours but I still hesitated on spending the money... I can put a couple ice cubes and some cold water in it in the morning and it ll still have those 2 cubes and cold water late into the afternoon!... I haven t tried it for hot drinks yet but that s not what I bought it for. It has helped me with my water intake tremendously because it s so easy to drink fresh cold water all day, and 30oz at a time! Make sure you buy from the Yeti seller or amazon prime so you know you re getting the real deal. It should come with a registration code."
