"* My doctor recently told me I needed to be wearing compression stockings due to lymphedema from a previous foot surgery, and before I left her office that day, she printed for me two stockings from Amazon that she recommended, and these compression stockings were one of them (the other pair was the color of regular nylons for women which is not a color offered here--though I do wish "tan" or "khaki" could be colors offered here)."

"I plan on purchasing 4-5 more in different colors and patterns so I can have a pair for every day of the week, with an extra or two."

"The big downfall for me on this brand was that the band at the top of the sock was so tight, I woke up and had to take the socks off because it was hurting too much."

"Upon trying on my first pair, I noticed that they were markedly easier to slide over your foot and leg, compared to other compression socks, where putting them on is a bit of a struggle."

"They both had their own plus s but at the end of the day the Blitzu socks were the only ones I didn t want to take off and my feet felt amazing."

"It has been 3 days since I bought these and during this time I went through a terrible knee surgery, which kept me from using these socks during my recovery."

"SB SOX Compression Socks have 3 sizes for men and the medium was the best fit based on the calf measurements."

"* My doctor recently told me I needed to be wearing compression stockings due to lymphedema from a previous foot surgery, and before I left her office that day, she printed for me two stockings from Amazon that she recommended, and these compression stockings were one of them (the other pair was the color of regular nylons for women which is not a color offered here--though I do wish "tan" or "khaki" could be colors offered here). She told me if I went to a medical supply company to get the stockings, they would cost me a great deal of money, and I know that is true because I purchased one pair shortly after the surgery several years ago... Buying the Large size probably accounts for the difference between the level of compression I feel between these compression stockings and the pair I purchased after the surgery; when I purchased my original pair (from medical supply company) after the surgery, my leg had been measured after I had not been allowed to walk for six months and, therefore, my leg was devoid of muscle tone, and my calf was extra skinny."

"The top cut into my leg just below the knee and caused a lot of pain there, not from the inside but the outside... And - I don't want to take them off as soon as I get home, which is a major change from the other kind I had... I plan on purchasing 4-5 more in different colors and patterns so I can have a pair for every day of the week, with an extra or two."

"Where as in the past, a full day on my feet would have me limping by day's end, this particular day I found myself with minimal foot pain and my feet felt really good... With the SB Sox being the first pair of compression socks that I've ever worn, I had nothing to compare them to... The big downfall for me on this brand was that the band at the top of the sock was so tight, I woke up and had to take the socks off because it was hurting too much."

"Recently, after reading the online Amazon reviews, I purchased two pair of SB SOX Compression Socks to give them a try... Upon trying on my first pair, I noticed that they were markedly easier to slide over your foot and leg, compared to other compression socks, where putting them on is a bit of a struggle... My overall impression of SB SOX Compression Socks was such that I have since ordered my twin brother, Michael, a pair and had them sent to him as a gift."

"They both had their own plus s but at the end of the day the Blitzu socks were the only ones I didn t want to take off and my feet felt amazing. I still really like the SB Sox and will continue to wear them, and it might just be a preference in wants/needs when deciding between them... Literally felt like I was just wearing a tight dress sock that was made for someone 7 feet tall."

"It has been 3 days since I bought these and during this time I went through a terrible knee surgery, which kept me from using these socks during my recovery... I don't understand why this seller would put a size chart on this product to choose small to large, but not put a compression size chart on here... I came on here today to try and do an exchange for the right size and I was told that I am 5 days outside my return time frame."

"* I work on my feet at least 6 hours per day and I began noticing some edema around my ankles and varicose veins starting on the back of my calves... SB SOX Compression Socks have 3 sizes for men and the medium was the best fit based on the calf measurements... I'm very happy with this purchase and look forward to working with my compression socks on my legs."

I ordered the white, black, gray and argyle stockings, and, oddly, I find the gray ones to have a higher level of compression than the others; I consider that to be a good thing even though it does increase the challenge of getting them on and off. One of the things I don't especially like about these stockings is how they pick up every bit of floor "fluff" if you walk around without shoes on--even briefly... I decided to go with the Large because I did not want to risk the top band cutting too deeply into the area below my knees. When I take the stockings off at night, I do have a compression groove in that area, and sometimes it might itch there for a couple minutes, but rubbing it for a few moments takes care of the itchy feeling.

"They were uncomfortable and ugly and I was in my 40's and couldn't bring myself to wear that kind of sock... The top cut into my leg just below the knee and caused a lot of pain there, not from the inside but the outside... They are the most comfortable socks I've ever had, compression or not... And - I don't want to take them off as soon as I get home, which is a major change from the other kind I had... The day after I got them I was emailed a coupon from the company for 20% off my next order. I plan on purchasing 4-5 more in different colors and patterns so I can have a pair for every day of the week, with an extra or two... Even if you don't have leg problems, especially if you are a runner or like to exercise, just get them for the comfort."

"I had no discomfort during night from the socks and woke up with minimal swelling in my foot and both my foot and legs felt really, really good... Where as in the past, a full day on my feet would have me limping by day's end, this particular day I found myself with minimal foot pain and my feet felt really good. I didn't want to take them off at the end of the day because my lower legs and feet felt so good... One thing I noticed (that I had read in another review of these socks) is that the heel / toe part of the socks started to pill up... After work I put on another pair from a different manufacturer (I'll call Brand #2). With the SB Sox being the first pair of compression socks that I've ever worn, I had nothing to compare them to... The big downfall for me on this brand was that the band at the top of the sock was so tight, I woke up and had to take the socks off because it was hurting too much."

"* I suffer from circulation issues in my legs and neuropathy in my feet from three years of harsh chemotherapy... Recently, after reading the online Amazon reviews, I purchased two pair of SB SOX Compression Socks to give them a try... Upon trying on my first pair, I noticed that they were markedly easier to slide over your foot and leg, compared to other compression socks, where putting them on is a bit of a struggle... In fact, they were so comfortable I wore them to bed, and have been wearing them to bed every night since. My overall impression of SB SOX Compression Socks was such that I have since ordered my twin brother, Michael, a pair and had them sent to him as a gift... In closing, if you are a fan of performance compression sock you CANNOT do better than SB SOX Compression socks. The are the best constructed, most comfortable, and most dynamically effective pair of compression sock I have ever worn."

"* I ordered 3 different pairs of compression socks and these were amazing! I m a nurse and I m on my feet almost all day so I really needed good compression socks to help my feet and prevent variocose veins... Also the design of the sock didn t leave the funny markings on your legs when you remove them... I really wonder if maybe I went a size down from their suggesting sizing if it would ve made a difference, but at this point I m sold on Blitzu... They both had their own plus s but at the end of the day the Blitzu socks were the only ones I didn t want to take off and my feet felt amazing. I still really like the SB Sox and will continue to wear them, and it might just be a preference in wants/needs when deciding between them... Literally felt like I was just wearing a tight dress sock that was made for someone 7 feet tall."

"I have been having a lot of problems with circulation in my legs and my doctor recommended to go online to buy some. I thought these were so very cute and I was glad to see there was a size chart to go by, because no one educated on compression socks. It has been 3 days since I bought these and during this time I went through a terrible knee surgery, which kept me from using these socks during my recovery... He then advised me that apparently the (20-30 mmhg) is a compression size and there are many different compression sizes to choose from. I don't understand why this seller would put a size chart on this product to choose small to large, but not put a compression size chart on here. These socks were cutting off my circulation and not allowing blood flow to go back up easily. I came on here today to try and do an exchange for the right size and I was told that I am 5 days outside my return time frame."

"* I work on my feet at least 6 hours per day and I began noticing some edema around my ankles and varicose veins starting on the back of my calves... I wanted the 20-30mmHg type and noticed that many manufacturers only had 2 sizes for men. Of course, my leg would be at the overlap of these sizes and I needed socks that would fit well. SB SOX Compression Socks have 3 sizes for men and the medium was the best fit based on the calf measurements. I have worn them and they make a big difference for me. We have some trips planned requiring several hours on a plane and I have decided to buy a few more socks in preparation... I'm very happy with this purchase and look forward to working with my compression socks on my legs."
