"In the end, this is a very nice palette at a great price that I would recommend, especially for anyone looking for mostly shimmery neutral shades.""Another downside is that a lot of the colors look exactly the same when you are wearing them - especially the metallic shades."
"The eyeshadows are easy to apply, I really like -and will actually use- most of the colors in this set, and have not had any bad reaction to it, even though I have extremely sensitive and allergy-prone skin."
"-People who don't have too much experience with makeup would love this as a first pallete I think, but even people who do have multiple palletes may love to add this to there collection -People who go to school -Casual makeup wearers -Any age -People more on the lighter side (may look ashy and be a little cool toned for darker skin) I honestly feel like almost anyone can enjoy this pallete or at least some of the shades in it."
"I have medium-golden skin that tans easily, so sometimes I come across eye shadow colors that only look good when I'm paler, but then wash me out when I'm more tan--not the case with the colors I've used so far in this palette."
"Only suggestion I would make is that the colors be more distinguished from one another and that there be a dark matte."
"You can get more than one awesome palette for less than just one of many others and when I say expensive I am not kidding!!!"

"I liked that there were several shades in the pinky brown category, which I thought would be more neutral while also working well with my brown eyes... " Well, out of the twelve shades, I believe that only three are matte, and I would not really consider any to be "brights... In the end, this is a very nice palette at a great price that I would recommend, especially for anyone looking for mostly shimmery neutral shades.""However, to get any pigment on the skin, you really have to layer it up... I found the best way to apply it is to wet your brush with a little bit of setting spray, pick some up and then apply... Another downside is that a lot of the colors look exactly the same when you are wearing them - especially the metallic shades."
"I was disappointed about that and about the mess I had to clean when I opened the case, but considering what I paid for this Nudes eyeshadow set, I don't think my complaining has much merit. The eyeshadows are easy to apply, I really like -and will actually use- most of the colors in this set, and have not had any bad reaction to it, even though I have extremely sensitive and allergy-prone skin. I put on my makeup in the morning and have noticed these eyeshadows stay pretty much all day without having to touch-up or reapply."
"-Sleek and easy packaging with magnetic close and shut -Small and thin mirror along the top inside and comes with a brush -Lasting power is pretty good Cons: -The shadows can pick up some chalk -Beware of fallout, but it's not as bad as some other eyeshadows I've tried. -Can smudge -Colors are very similar, some almost feel like the same colors -Not many mattes or transition shades Who would I recommend this to? -People who don't have too much experience with makeup would love this as a first pallete I think, but even people who do have multiple palletes may love to add this to there collection -People who go to school -Casual makeup wearers -Any age -People more on the lighter side (may look ashy and be a little cool toned for darker skin) I honestly feel like almost anyone can enjoy this pallete or at least some of the shades in it."
"* I've used this palette for several occasions now (wedding, job interview, date night, happy hour) and am fairly pleased with the versatility of the colors and how it blends with my skin tone. I have medium-golden skin that tans easily, so sometimes I come across eye shadow colors that only look good when I'm paler, but then wash me out when I'm more tan--not the case with the colors I've used so far in this palette. I will definitely continue to use this palette for a variety of occasions, however I do wish that the pigment was a bit stronger and that it didn't have a mild talc-like smell."
"They are highly pigmented which took me by surprise because the pallet is so inexpensive... I've been using this every day since it arrived. Only suggestion I would make is that the colors be more distinguished from one another and that there be a dark matte."
"* I've been shopping eyeshadow palettes since before Christmas... I found this LA Girls palette for a reasonable price and it is as good or better than many of the ultra expensive ones I tried!!!... You can get more than one awesome palette for less than just one of many others and when I say expensive I am not kidding!!!"

"I purchased a drugstore one that had pretty, pigmented colors, but the shadows were SO intense that I felt that the wound up all looking muddy on me... I liked that there were several shades in the pinky brown category, which I thought would be more neutral while also working well with my brown eyes. I also liked that this palette comes with a brush and is a more compact size... The shadows have nice pigmentation while also being easy to blend, and I found them easier to apply than the previous palette I purchased... " Well, out of the twelve shades, I believe that only three are matte, and I would not really consider any to be "brights... There are a couple of shades that have a slight purple-y tone, including the second-to-last one from the right (which I had thought was a dark brown). In the end, this is a very nice palette at a great price that I would recommend, especially for anyone looking for mostly shimmery neutral shades.""There are both matte and more metallic shades. However, to get any pigment on the skin, you really have to layer it up... I found the best way to apply it is to wet your brush with a little bit of setting spray, pick some up and then apply... Another downside is that a lot of the colors look exactly the same when you are wearing them - especially the metallic shades. There just wasn't a lot of contrast - which some people may prefer. It does not wear that long - only a few hours - before you need to touch it up. I did find that the matte shades stay on better than the metallic shades."
"* This pallete is definetly a pinky toned pallete. It doesn't have any transition shades and is mostly shimmery shades. It's great for me for school and everyday looks and I would consider it an amazing "everyday pallete" A lot of these colors are good for packing onto the lid. Pros: -Pigmented (not the white, but good as a base color) -Smooth and blendable -Natural colors -Affordable! -Sleek and easy packaging with magnetic close and shut -Small and thin mirror along the top inside and comes with a brush -Lasting power is pretty good Cons: -The shadows can pick up some chalk -Beware of fallout, but it's not as bad as some other eyeshadows I've tried.
"* Purchased the "Nudes" and wasn't expecting too much... PROS: the matte colors are perfect for base and blending. They are highly pigmented which took me by surprise because the pallet is so inexpensive... I can hardly tell one from another when I put them on. The brush it comes with is useless... I've been using this every day since it arrived. Only suggestion I would make is that the colors be more distinguished from one another and that there be a dark matte."
"* I've been shopping eyeshadow palettes since before Christmas... Since I make a practice of throwing out old make up after a year, this can sometimes get costly. I found this LA Girls palette for a reasonable price and it is as good or better than many of the ultra expensive ones I tried!!!... You can get more than one awesome palette for less than just one of many others and when I say expensive I am not kidding!!!... I LOVE this eyeshadow set!!! I will continue to shop for these eyeshadows in the future... Go for it ladies because you cannot beat this!!!"
