Unfortunately, when I finally picked one up on Amazon, I was less-than-thrilled about the size... I usually keep my hair supershort, so if you have a full head of hear and an average-or-larger skull, this is something of which you should be wary!... I'm returning this model, and I'll try another one. I'm super bummed about the experience, considering that I really WAS looking forward to this hat for so long!"
"It's a mesh trucker hat that looks clean and sharp... I've ordered three similar hats (only kept two) and what I've noticed is that the sizes vary quite a bit. The first I recieved was small enough that I almost returned it just for that... It will come down to personal preference, but just be aware that you may get a different hat each time you order. I prefer taller caps that I can pull low down, and there is a limit to how much I'll be able to do that with this cap... ;o) If you're looking for a nice trucker cap, this one fits the bill. I doubt it'll have the beat-up retro look some people may look for, but I'd still recommend them..."

I didn't even have to adjust the back it fit right out of the box and it felt solid/quality. I even bought an extra just in case they don't have them in the future. Anyways, then comes this year and I thought I needed some variation so I saw the Lone Wolf hat and bought that hat. I was slightly disappointed b/c the hat is smaller and feels cheaply made when comparing it to the older Silver Fox hat... The colors are dark and muted, so you get the red, white, and blue coming at you like a darker, grittier American-hued theme that is Nolan-esque. The hat I got actually had a pretty stiff, high crown like a new baseball cap, rather than the softer floppy cap I was expecting. Almost perturbs me that I have to break it in..... Did I just say that about a trucker hat???"

"I prefer hats that are sized for men even though I'm a woman. I have a bigger head than most women I guess and I don't like my hats fitting tight against my head. This one fits like a true trucker hat but with a modern look to it... I got lucky that the UPS carrier didn't set boxes on it or crush it because if anything had been set on top of this soft package, this hat would have been destroyed in shape. They really should ship these in a box with some padding inside for protection... I am a bit of a perfectionist so small details like that bother me but if anyone looks at the hat they won't notice that detail... I was worried I wouldn't like the black patch against a navy blue hat but it looks really good in person."
