They are or perfect, but they do seem to work as claimed, at least better than the stuff of old... Only quibble is that there is no opening at the front, making call of nature a little more effort, but a minor quibble. Cannot believe I just spent that much effort reviewing underwear, but I'm a convert now."

First, the briefs have a good shape to them, a good cut, if you will. Second, the material -- 91% Polyester and 9% Spandex -- seems to provide a good level of elasticity and form, which in tandem with the cut of the briefs gives a good, snug fit, but without riding or bunching up in any spots. Another agreeable aspect to these briefs is that they are super lightweight and feel cool on even the hottest days... I purchased the Size Large and they fit me great."

The lack of a fly should also be noted but I personally don't mind because I don't use those anyway when nature calls.
