"But cotton is so hot to wear and being sweaty down there is not all that pleasant, so I figure why not give these performance products a try.""However, for every day wear in the Summer or in warm climates, standard workouts at the gym, or any occasion where you are looking to avoid swamp-butt, I would recommend Adidas Men's Sport Performance Climalite Boxer Brief Underwear."
"But it's not so much what they DO, as what they DON'T DO: 1) They stay in place, never riding up my thighs, even when I'm lunging, twisting and bending."
"I use them for all day hikes, running, lifting weights, lining biking shorts, swimming, I can't think of an athletic pursuit that would find me without these hugging my nethers."
"I have a small waist and bigger than average thighs so the 32-34 cotton underwear can't stretch out enough without looking like they're choking my thighs."
"What I finally ended up with were two to three products that looked like they would fit, feel comfortable, and look attractive."
"It's not to the point where your butt is hanging out or anything but they sit lower than any other boxer briefs I have ever worn so be cautious if this will not work for you."

"But cotton is so hot to wear and being sweaty down there is not all that pleasant, so I figure why not give these performance products a try. Now if you tried any of the "cool" wicking fabrics in the '80s when they were offered in bicycle jerseys, you will know what I am writing about, as they were anything but cool... Cannot believe I just spent that much effort reviewing underwear, but I'm a convert now.""* Needed underwear that would perform better than my standard cotton boxer briefs for workouts, runs and warmer weather... Bottom Line: Due to the lack of elasticity around the leg I would not recommend these for running (I go running with the Tesla Men's Compression Shorts Baselayer Cool Dry Sports Tights S17). However, for every day wear in the Summer or in warm climates, standard workouts at the gym, or any occasion where you are looking to avoid swamp-butt, I would recommend Adidas Men's Sport Performance Climalite Boxer Brief Underwear."
"* So far these Adidas athletic briefs have provided me with a snug and comfortable fit while playing tennis, jogging and just walking around the city. But it's not so much what they DO, as what they DON'T DO: 1) They stay in place, never riding up my thighs, even when I'm lunging, twisting and bending... Another agreeable aspect to these briefs is that they are super lightweight and feel cool on even the hottest days."
"* There I was, alone on the Buffalo on a dry late summer afternoon, with only a thick forest of Arkansas bamboo and a dark pool of snapping turtles between me and my destination, a mysterious slot canyon foretold by an ancient hiking blog..... I use them for all day hikes, running, lifting weights, lining biking shorts, swimming, I can't think of an athletic pursuit that would find me without these hugging my nethers... Good support, keep you warm in winter and wick away sweat well to keep you cool in summer, and they last forever."
"Update 10/14/18 I bought these to change in to at the gym or before a run, but they're so comfortable I use them for everyday wear daily. I wore other brands of athletic underwear in the past and they were only good for working out... I have a small waist and bigger than average thighs so the 32-34 cotton underwear can't stretch out enough without looking like they're choking my thighs."
"What I finally ended up with were two to three products that looked like they would fit, feel comfortable, and look attractive. The product I selected, Adidas' sport performance boxer, was reasonably priced (it was twice the price of what might be found in most regular big-box stores, but I expected a better set of undergear to cost more)... They are of a light flexible material, polyester and spandex, which supports my areas of concern while yet almost feeling I have nothing on."
"It's not to the point where your butt is hanging out or anything but they sit lower than any other boxer briefs I have ever worn so be cautious if this will not work for you... I have them in white because I have to wear white scrubs for work but if all you have on are the boxer briefs you can see through them a little bit in the back. The front has thicker fabric so it's not an issue there but when you wear something over top of them you can't see through them at all."

"Either you like boxers, briefs, or boxer briefs, as these are called?... Being a boxer fan for most of my life, I tried some boxer briefs after the wife bought me some... But cotton is so hot to wear and being sweaty down there is not all that pleasant, so I figure why not give these performance products a try. Now if you tried any of the "cool" wicking fabrics in the '80s when they were offered in bicycle jerseys, you will know what I am writing about, as they were anything but cool... They are or perfect, but they do seem to work as claimed, at least better than the stuff of old... Only quibble is that there is no opening at the front, making call of nature a little more effort, but a minor quibble. Cannot believe I just spent that much effort reviewing underwear, but I'm a convert now.""* Needed underwear that would perform better than my standard cotton boxer briefs for workouts, runs and warmer weather... Durable: I have owned a pair for over a year and the material has shown no signs wear or tear... Cons: Weak elastic on the legs, I have to constantly pull down the legs while at the gym. Cannot really run in these without inviting a wedgie to come along for the ride. Bottom Line: Due to the lack of elasticity around the leg I would not recommend these for running (I go running with the Tesla Men's Compression Shorts Baselayer Cool Dry Sports Tights S17). However, for every day wear in the Summer or in warm climates, standard workouts at the gym, or any occasion where you are looking to avoid swamp-butt, I would recommend Adidas Men's Sport Performance Climalite Boxer Brief Underwear... I have purchased multiple pairs for myself and will probably continue to do so when needed."
"* So far these Adidas athletic briefs have provided me with a snug and comfortable fit while playing tennis, jogging and just walking around the city. But it's not so much what they DO, as what they DON'T DO: 1) They stay in place, never riding up my thighs, even when I'm lunging, twisting and bending. 2) The waistband never digs into my waist, even when I've put on a few extra pounds... First, the briefs have a good shape to them, a good cut, if you will. Second, the material -- 91% Polyester and 9% Spandex -- seems to provide a good level of elasticity and form, which in tandem with the cut of the briefs gives a good, snug fit, but without riding or bunching up in any spots. Another agreeable aspect to these briefs is that they are super lightweight and feel cool on even the hottest days... I purchased the Size Large and they fit me great."
"* There I was, alone on the Buffalo on a dry late summer afternoon, with only a thick forest of Arkansas bamboo and a dark pool of snapping turtles between me and my destination, a mysterious slot canyon foretold by an ancient hiking blog..... But my loins were girded with armor, the armor I had come to trust to always dry quickly, protect from chafing, and keep the man bits out of the way of angry turtles..... I'm glad I purchased my Adidas Climalite Boxer Briefs... I use them for all day hikes, running, lifting weights, lining biking shorts, swimming, I can't think of an athletic pursuit that would find me without these hugging my nethers... I'm wearing them right now as I type this and I haven't made a spelling mistake yet. Now I'm not saying they'll make YOU a good speller, but I'm confident they won't make you worse. Good support, keep you warm in winter and wick away sweat well to keep you cool in summer, and they last forever."
"Update 10/14/18 I bought these to change in to at the gym or before a run, but they're so comfortable I use them for everyday wear daily. I wore other brands of athletic underwear in the past and they were only good for working out. If I wore them throughout the day, I'd notice no moisture wicking. With this adidas brand, I can wear them all day with no issues... Call me weird but I don't like how that shows with the thicker cotton underwear. I have a small waist and bigger than average thighs so the 32-34 cotton underwear can't stretch out enough without looking like they're choking my thighs... This product has it all and there's really no reason for me to wear anything else."
"* I conducted a deliberate search over the internet to find and purchase some quality undergear. What I finally ended up with were two to three products that looked like they would fit, feel comfortable, and look attractive. The product I selected, Adidas' sport performance boxer, was reasonably priced (it was twice the price of what might be found in most regular big-box stores, but I expected a better set of undergear to cost more). I was pleased to find, upon delivery, that they were also well constructed and designed. They are of a light flexible material, polyester and spandex, which supports my areas of concern while yet almost feeling I have nothing on. Polyester happens to be one of the most durable of clothing materials, so I suspect this product will last a long time. I'm happy to report that the legs stay in place and don't scrunch up, even after several hours of wear."
"* These are quite comfortable and I got them when they were on sale so they were definitely a good find... It's not to the point where your butt is hanging out or anything but they sit lower than any other boxer briefs I have ever worn so be cautious if this will not work for you. They keep me cool and they are very stretchy so there are no restrictions when it comes to movement. The lack of a fly should also be noted but I personally don't mind because I don't use those anyway when nature calls. I have them in white because I have to wear white scrubs for work but if all you have on are the boxer briefs you can see through them a little bit in the back. The front has thicker fabric so it's not an issue there but when you wear something over top of them you can't see through them at all. I would recommend these for someone looking for a comfortable athletic pair of boxer briefs."
