"I chose the Gold Finish which really is more like an antiqued brass, although not as yellow... Pros: - Price is very good, especially if you were buying these as gifts... - Tiny charms make a light tinkling sound when they hit the larger monogram... Luckily, no harm came to it during shipment, but I can easily imagine a bracelet getting bent because of the little protection provided. It's a beautiful bracelet and I am now officially a fan of Alex and Ani."

This has more of a dull finish that my wife noticed right off as compared to her other Alex and Ani bracelets that she loves. I guess that is what the Russian Silver is or the fact that it was recycled silver... The bracelet is still very nice and looks good on her wrist. It fits her nicely and seems to be made well. Looks like they skipped the last step when it was supposed to be buffed to a high gloss which makes it look somewhat dull. Still, we like it and will keep it and continue to buy Alex and Ani from Amazon."

To my Disappointment I received a fake bracelet not as described in the item pictures or the Item description. I have attached photos comparing a my friends Real Alex and Ani V Initial bangle and the one I purchased through this seller with the initial "D". Notice the the initial is on both sides of the charm compared to the real alex and ani that has the engraving in the back of the plate. All of the little hoops are welded in the real bangle to prevent the charms from falling and in the item I received the are not welded together. I am extremely disappointment at the fact that I almost paid close to $28 for something that is claimed to be "REAL" and it turns out to be a cheap imitation......"
